Not my taste. Looks like an office, not a home.
Nice but not really worth the 2.4m price tag. I stayed at the hotel directly opposite this apartment (Tower Guoman) for nine and half months (on a business trip) and it only cost me 1500 per 5 nights' stay and the views were just breathtaking! So, rather than going on an extravagant rampage by splashing out £2.4m for a mere two bedroom flat, I would much rather invest elsewhere and stay at the Tower Guoman! Obviously, this apartment must be in the Butler's Wharf!
The flat isn’t worth the tag, low ceilings, aged amenities and I doubt there’s a central AC
