Is there a fix/way to remove it? Or is it hidden automatically for other users and it will only show the "Open a Support Ticket"? This was a handful of text, but hopefully someone can help me. The "Opened a new ticket" dashboard that pops up is hidden automatically for other users and only shows the message to the person who created the ticket. One good way to know a message/dashboard is hidden from everyone else except for you is to look for the "Only you can see this" text that pops up under the "Opened a new ticket" dashboard.
When creating the panel, one of the first options should be for you to select a role for the bot to ping upon someone creating a ticket. Just select a role that you have for that and they will notify you when tickets get created!
