I had a wife that became addicted to hydrocodone so I divorced her and raised our children. Last time I saw her in court 2005. She reported to the judge that California gives her $600.00 per month cash plus a food card and medi-cal because she is a drug addict. California makes it very attractive to be a drug addict in their state through incentives and rewards. It would be truly unfair for California to receive federal funds for a mess they created.
