So i'm going through some hard times i feel like crying even though i cry just a little bit in this, i'm having a mental breakdown where I feel like nobody loves me. and so i'm smashing the food and throwing the food around, i don't like to hit my food but food smash is fine i guess because it goes onto my face and it moisturizing my skin to be perfect thanks to the ranch dressing. mcdonald's is my favorite restaurant ever so it comforts me and doesn't make me fat because it's just water weight , but i'm not gaining weight because i already have a skinny persona. thank s you. no broom hitting today with smashing the food i'm just kinda sad because everybody hates me goodbye. I have double cheeseburgers, chicken nuggets, Big Mac cheese burger, and lots of fries.

It’s possible if they get some exercise, or someone to help with there diet.
And if they posted a video about it, the comment would probably full of tips.
If they start cutting down mukbangs and working towards it, it would probably take 8 months to a year to see large improvement.
It might not be impossible to completely reserve it, but it’s possible to stop it before it’s too late.

@@MelB868 Its extremely easy to lose weight. Sleep, cook your own food, work out 30-40m a day, intermittent fasting, sauna and thats it.
The hard part is not losing weight its changing your mentality.
I lose about 25-40 pounds a year and have done for 7 years now.
