60lb weight loss is amazing! Well done!🏆🎉. I was a yo-yo dieter for years with body dysmorphia (probably will always have that to a certain degree). For me the magical combination for stickability has been one meal a day. Having just that one massive meal at the end of the day is worth sacrificing three-five smaller meals throughout the day with constant blood sugar dips. Going to bed with a full belly makes all the difference.
