Just a point of clarification at 19:58. In the Latin particular church, of the Catholic Church, there are two forms of the mass - the ordinary and the extraordinary form. The ordinary form may be used in any language, including Latin. The ordinary form is the form most often seen in Latin parishes. The extraordinary form follows the Missal of 1962. It is conducted in the Latin language. There are a total of 24 particular churches (sui iuris) within the Catholic Church (1.3 billion Catholics in the world). Their liturgies contain a wide variety of languages - English, Latin, Aramaic, Albanian, Arabic, Greek, Armenian, Coptic, et cetera. You will hear English, Arabic and Aramaic at my Maronite Church. I recommend the Catechism of the Catholic Church as a starting point to learn more about the Church. Sam is absolutely correct about extreme groups.
This is great, Sam! The way you viewed miracles happening in different Churches as God's way to humble us and bring us to unification really touches me! I love the way you walk together with this young man along his (and your) journey. I'm in tears hearing the message of our Lady of Zeitoun! May the Holy Spirit brings this young man to Christ. Very good session Sam. I was brought up in the Methodist church, a friend of mine from the same church has recently began fellowshipping with the Greek orthodox and loves it. One thing that disappointed him was the priest didn't want him starting a youth group at the church. I am being drawn to orthodoxy, however my teenage kids would struggle. The Protestants appear to attract the young more with their programs and message of the gospel. A friend of mine who was a Catholic said the same thing, his kids couldn't handle it
they say that there is contradiction between Ahaziah's age (42/22), but in my Bible (Greek, Russian, Georgian) there is no number 42 mentioned, Catholic Bible contains only 22 as I know, there was one stupid Muslim mentioning that this was contradiction, but they can cry about it, this is not our problem, the more they try harder the more their book dies which says that we have contradictions
