I immediately thought of Captain Rex saying that a clone's ability to think for themselves are what makes them better than the droids. or in other words: Good soldiers may follow orders, but great soldiers can distinguish when it's right not to.

and like was brought up in the video, so quarantine them, do whatever you can before just exterminating everything. If they had, they wouldn't need Commandos to do it, they could have done it themselves on the record.

You know sometimes, when you get up in the morning, you just get this feeling. This weird feeling like you know something is coming, and that something is almost always clankers, and when you're face to face with those metal trash bins that is when the fun really begins. Sometimes though, sometimes people give you orders you know you shouldn't follow... but you still do because you have to, there's sonething there that makes you follow these orders, rex always told me that the thing seperating us from clankers is our free will, but how free are we actually?
yeah the truth is soldiers should not make such decisions cuz they don't know everything. Thats why following orders is so godamn important. On the other hand slaughtering civilians is not nice.

Whoever said that normal clone troopers were better then the Marines knew nothing about lore. It is actually stated multiple times by the Chancellor, the Jedi and Separatist Officers that the 21st Nova Corps (Galactic Marines) was one of the most feared, and respected legion on the battlefield, compared commonly to the 501st.
The 501st are pretty munch the same due to their success rate
Commandos have been referred to as armies of four multiple times in the lore. They where Jedi hunters for a reason.
@Glaydson Coelho & @J Feldhacker Yeah, I believe Silent Storm was talking about Clone Troopers vs. 21st Troopers, never mentioned anything with the Commandos, so idk why you had to bring the Commandos up when he never brought them up for comparison.
Agreed and plus they(21st Nova Corps, Galactic Marines) were all given Jaig eyes, which is the most highest thing of respect, honor, and courage on the battlefield.
Plus they were the most disciplined and were told either to get better or transfer to a different unit because the Marshall Commander was that intent on making them by the book clones. The 21st was skilled in storming enemy ships and taking them by force.
The Marines also had the highest death rate due to the commander basically using Soviet wave tactics
Yea, I didn’t get the memo that we were turning on you... I just suggested it and when we were given the order to fire I lit up the civilians for like 10 seconds only to be told were supposed to protect them.

after watching: it'd be cool to give them these kind of scenarios where they have to decide what the right choice is more often. give the Republic some morally grey areas. really show off the aspect of them thinking for themselves

Just finding your channel but I am so ready to get started with Star Wars Arma StarSim. This OP was amazing and I couldnt break my eyes from the screen once the Commmandos went against the Republics orders. I was on the edge of my seat the whole way.
i have to say, this has to be my favorite arma 3 or star wars video, possibly ever. This was amazing, great job, please continue to make videos like this with morally questionable orders, and incredibly hard escape missions. Good job Commandos.

it would hve been awesome if one of the civilians knew a local mercenary group and offered they could hire a transport. the Republic commando armor would be on par as mandalorian armor in value
I fit perfectly in this I was hoping for like the CIS or mandos to try and help the commandos or have a Jedi on the field

I do appreciate the formations the players were following on this OP. Everyone was columned almost 100% right, some were staggered some were not, and while leaders were talking everyone was pulling security, kneeling and prone. I’d imagine someone had some prior military experience or was actively in at the time.
This mistake led to one of the greatest ops I’ve ever watched

This is the only OP i have seen in its entirety xD AWESOME really. super cool, good climate, you are very good at being Zeus, you have some good commanders, the swaddies are chaotic and like a bit rouge and undisciplined but thats fine (i mean its like not immersive to see clone commandos like doing whatever the shit they want but in the end as long as everone have fun its fine). So after this i think I will watch more of your streams :D I''m subbing rn and Im gonna find some star wars arma3 groups in Europe to join to :D once again: congrats and thanks!

Man this mod needed to add V-wing fighters or ARC-170s for clone air units. Also, the Clones totally had ground transports that were speeders.

Really wasn't feeling all the help/heals you were giving them when they were in the PvP situation against the 212th guys. At that point, I feel like you should have let the players actions tell the story rather than heavily favoring one side in pvp. That's no fun.
I must say though, great op overall.

Great job highly entertaining. Must be a blast playing. Right about hour 2 and 10 minutes I started hoping that you would shoot the capital ships out of the air and bring in a rebel dropship and see if they are willing to join the rebels. That have been pretty cool.

Goddamn you Sorensic I love the Galactic Marines they're like the USMC of the Republic and I love the Commandos ever since I played the commando games as a kid but this is one of the best OPs I've seen! If it was a different group like 327th Star Corp in place of the Marines picking a side would be easy but overall it's amazing you and the guys(and girls) keep up the great job and have fun man

You should continue the story. The three comandos reach a city where they start a rebellion with the civilians (played by other players) and the Republic begins to move on them to finish off clearing the disease.
When the acclimator jumped in, you could’ve spawned some LAATs that were going to the LZs on the landing strip
You should do another one of these but the disease name should be Kharaar. It is a deadly infection that reanimates the dead, if they are far too gone or the high stages of the disease then they should be put down.
You should do an OP like this but inform them before hand about what is going to happen so it stays organized. You should also surround them and set up mortar and vehicle drop positions
I feel like it would have made sense to start giving weapons to small groups of civiz to start helping them, as by the time they got to a certain point the civilians would have figured alot of whats happening out.
Also this was like reading a book, in video form. In short it was extremely dramatic and amazing and filled with battles, and all the things that can truely make games amazing, simply having campaigns where you follow orders are nice, but its ones where you improvise and do things unexpectedly that are the most fun, I should know, I'm an expert in throwing curve balls that completely change the coarse of scenarios. Which is why I love Warhammer, literally an enite curve ball there.
