I received a classic brown leather Bosca wallet from my dad ten years ago. Even though it's worn and frazzled, I still carry it with me. It's a timeless, classic look.
bro u keep ur videos like earlier videos , like ur standing i front of the camera, though this video was informative but in the start i felt like closing it because of the way u presented it. i watch ur videos regularly and hardly miss any but then to i felt like closing it , u just think would a guy think if he is watching ur video for the first time......... just think on it ...... and thankyou so much u helped in making of my personality : )
Love your stuff. For what it's worth, if one tells his chiroprator about back pain, the first thing he's likely to tell one is to move his wallet to his front pocket.
just seeing this one. just starting out with the whole dress for success thing. I do construction but my first total wardrobe wipe ever. under 300 dollars so I'm not run way ready lol. but hoping it pays off I'm keeping it simple jeans, t-shirts and matching boots wallet and belt. let's see if this pays off.😎 keep the vids coming. 😎
I have two wallets, both bifolds. One is very bulky that carries everything i would ever need and the other for everyday use that is thin and minimalistic.
I used to work with someone who had wallet he used when he was entertaining in the evening. It was large enough to hold paper money without folding on one side, and place where kept his credit card, and drivers liecense. He kept in his inside jacket pocket. It would seem to large, but it wasn't. He would reach in to his coat with minor effort. It was a little large, but the thinest wallet I've ever seen. I've tried to buy one, but have never seen any for sale.
You're welcome, sir. I too am former military as well; the Army taught me the importance of appearance and etiquette. However, I was taught the importance of being well-dressed growing up. Even though I was in the army and deployed with the army infantry in OIF, I have to give the Marines credit wear credit is due. I truly believe the Marines' uniforms are the most appealing uniforms in the military. One thing that you said in one of you videos stuck with me; it truly helped me; ill paraphrase so I don't misquote you, I believe you said, "don't be afraid to be the best dressed person in the room." This idea is helped me. My being a college student requires me to give presentations for time-to-time, and I am sometimes heckled by some of the males for being well-dressed; I find this so immature for seniors in undergrad school. They will not say it to my face: Im a pre-law student about to graduate and go to Law School, so I'm always ready for a debate (lol). I apologize for such a long reply; I just want you to know you've inspired me, taught me, and motivated me. I thought i knew everything there was to know about dressing well, however, thanks to you, I learned what I was doing right and what I could be doing better. I want to join you program when I am able to. In my future profession, dressing well is necessary. Thank you for all your help thus far sorry for the longwinded reply.
Thanks, i've been meaning to buy a new wallet. And this was really helpful, as are all your guides. Just a quick notice, it aren't euros in the wallet @4:21 but pounds.
i have a big, thick leather wallet that's kinda custom made. works really well for me, but im needing a new one because the ID pocket is loosening and ive been flipping my driver's license around
A watch, a belt and a wallet are really the only accessories for a man. So i would always spend a lot on a quality wallet, you will be getting a lot of wear from it and it will make you feel good every time you take it out.
I need to buy a new wallet. My current one is too old and ratty. Luckily The Bay has all their wallets on for 50% off until tomorrow so I'm going to do some looking around today after work.
Thread & Leather Wrap Wallet....Best Minimalist wallet on the Market (IMO) I carry 8 cards (credit cards and ID's) and 12 bills comfortably on the inside. You do not have to fold bills in half or quarter them to fit in the wallet. Bonus feature is a card slot on the outside of the wallet for your most used card. In my case it's a Debit card. So I don't even have to open the wallet revealing the contents, (if you happen to be carrying cash.) to pay for anything. Total measurements with the described contents: Folded (It's a Tri fold wallet) 3 3/4" long 2 1/2" wide and less than an inch thick. Unfolded and laid flat: 7 1/2" long and 3 3/4" wide. (So roughly a half inch longer and wider than a standard credit card) I carry it in my left front pocket...Jeans, Shorts, Dress pants and track pants. Choose your colour of leather and thread. Sew it yourself or pay extra to have them do it for you. Great Great wallet...I have only been using it for 4 months now so it's life span is yet to be proven...but I'm hopeful.
Alex Naumov I can't really speak about these brands as that I've never used them. What I can give is a list of sources that I greatly recommend. You can find them here: www.realmenrealstyle.com/resources/mens-stores/
i use a bifold billfold wallet. it's moderately big. I need the stuff I have there. i am a Journalist in training. but I face problem keeping that huge thing in my pocket.
I don't know if this is just an english thing or a generational thing or what, but I don't think I know anyone who regularly carries a wallet in their back pocket. I got confused when I first heard of a front pocket wallet because to me and everyone I know that's just what a normal wallet is for...
Back in the 80's, these are the types of wallets I carried. Big with lots of junk in them. Now days, I carry minimalist wallets. Maybe four cards(sometimes five) and sometimes four or five bills but I try to only carry a couple bills ... Don't need room for photos or other junk now that we have the cell phone. Only carry them in the front pocket. The wallets I currently use have outer dimensions that are a fraction larger than a credit card.
I always carry my wallet in my front pocket, but some wallets are a bad fit for that. I have never seen a wallet made for a front pocket before, so that is really interesting. However, the one shown here looked to be too small for my use.

@ampecsu Go with what works, right?
Antonio, this is my favorite and most informative of all your videos. RMRS is AWESOME!
I my self use the thin king wallet. Basically just a cardholder but really practical and the best I've used so far.
@andersbuer Yep, couple people have pointed that one out. Too late to fix it now!
Love your stuff. For what it's worth, if one tells his chiroprator about back pain, the first thing he's likely to tell one is to move his wallet to his front pocket.
Thank you!
1:05 George Costanza does not have a fat wallet full of cash. He has coupons receipts
Of course. Every time he spent some of the money, he got a receipt instead :)
@rootiest Depends - if the country is experiencing hyperinflation those stacks of cash might be worth less than a nice leather wallet :)
Those aren't Euros, they're British pounds.

Money clip for cash and rubber hairband for credit cards, id, etc. Keeping them separate works best Ive found.
I made my card sleeve/money clip from scrap deerskin from a hunt, I'll have to look into some of these other designs. They're intriguing.

Already on the functional and useful wallet train. Front wallets rock.

@suicideflux We're always fine-tuning! Actually at this point I think we're still rough-tuning. But we'll keep working on it!

Some wallets have key slots inside, is it advisable to keep keys in your wallet?
I've been using the same leather wallet for around 6 or 7 years now.
A watch, a belt and a wallet are really the only accessories for a man. So i would always spend a lot on a quality wallet, you will be getting a lot of wear from it and it will make you feel good every time you take it out.
