There is a good reason for that. This movie was actually terrible. What you just saw in the movie was the birth of god. What do you think happens when a mortal ascends to godhood? In this movie, that happened literally. If you don't get the sense of that, it is because this movie was actually terrible as conveying that. Here, just to put it into perspective; there was a point in the movie where she rewinds time. In order for her to occupy the space in that chair, and be in that location, A NEW COPY OF EARTH WOULD HAVE TO BE CREATED NOT JUST IN THE TIME, BUT ALSO IN THE PHYSICAL REALM(SPACE). The Earth is not in the same location it was in at the time of the dinosaurs. In fact, in the time it took me to type this reply the Earth has traveled more than 112,000 miles. To back in time, is to also go back in location(space). Hahahahaha! If this planet ended up hurtling backward through time and space like that, our atmosphere, and everything on the surface of this planet would have been stripped off of it, like the skin of a baseball, with its flaps flying off. The alternative is, she created a duplicate Earth at that time and space. In either of those cases, the power is godly. I would've been more impressed with a look into the future. And by the way, this is just one of a plethora of problems this movie has.
