Its four pound maximum, no insurance, and is issued a customs number which is NOT a tracking number. You can track the shipments progress only in the USA. for mini's i think that you won't get over 4 pounds. I'm from europe and had a WOW lore book delivered in that manner (via ship). I talked to the seller and he agreed to sell the book for those minimum shipping costs. i think it was like 12 dollars or so to send it over. I was exited for the give away, alas only for americans :(
