Your Dracula cosplay made you look more like Moriarty from Sherlock. Great video!
Thanks! Man I should go as Moriarty for Halloween...
Hell of a build. Your method for painting larger bones was very useful. I've been eyeing up those rat and bat Halloween decorations with something similar in mind and your example has convinced me to give it a go.
Super excited to see what you come up with! And glad the video helped :)
Ok, that looks AWESOME ! Well done 👌
Thanks 😊
Super spooky and epic. Doot Doot!
Awesome build and great Dracula voice!
The moss, glue sticks and paints are also at the dollar store
Neat craft! I'd recommend priming that sort of plastic before putting craft paint on it - there's a very real chance it could come off during play. I'd also recommend using different types of glue other than hot glue for the smaller pieces, but hey, if it works for you, go for it. Good idea to use all the different bargain skeletons, I can never figure out what to do with them.
I haven't had any issues with the bone golems I made last year but the nice thing about the army painter dark tone wash that comes in that big tub is it varnishes the whole thing and essentially seals it all together. Still good thinking on priming, I just have never had issues with it, but I know lots of people do.
Someday I'lltry this, and now Games Workshop has some interesting colors that could help. This is awsome.
I liked your version of Dracolitch.
Thanks!
YOU’RE SO UNDERRATED
HAha thanks! I do my best :)
The Owl Panda painting. Where is it? Please
I loved when my firend told me about that.
So i actually filmed painting a panda owlbear, arctic owlbear, purple owlbear, and regular owlbear AND!..... spilled water on my computer during a zoom call with my mom and lost.... all the footage....(and all my files) that being said I do want to do a series on painting different varieties of owlbear, it just might be a ways off. Still a bit heartbroken on the lost footage. If you want some one-on-one tips I would be happy to share them with you along with some photos, just DM me on facebook or instagram :)
Definitely an interesting build to watch. If I might issue a challenge/suggestion. Try making a dracolich/skeletal dragon without using animal skeletons or animal bones. just using the human skeletons. I know that probably sounds absurd to some, But I write monster stories a lot. I like to right horror, sci-fi, high fantasy, and quite a few others. And In my opinion, a skeletal dragon made entirely out of the skeletons of human adventurers killed by the Big Bad is a perfectly acceptable boss, if not a pain to make in miniature. it might make for an interesting challenge.
I'd happily do a collab at some point, after my gf is out of game dev school. we live in a tiny cramped space at the moment.
So awesome
Excellent build...very creative.
Great job! I recognized the bizarro Big Bird Lich wings immediately in the thumbnail you linked on Bard's Craft discord page. I also become a hoarder at a flea market in dollar stores around Halloween time. Planning to make an death tyrant from one of those 5/bag skulls. It's about the right exact size.
ooo Death Tyrant would be awesome! I didn't realize this got shared on Bard's Craft discord page, got a link?
I was waiting for this episode yay .
Glad to bring it to you! I am thinking I am going to start posting more WIP photos on my facebook page...

Funny story, my parents bought me an industrial one for Christmas, but I find this little guy is still my favorite lol the low temp small ones are the best IMO
Good !!! +1
Great Putin impression.
You have a really good dracula voice
Well thanks :)
There are 2 things I don't understand
1 why didn't you put a basecoat on the dragon 2 why did you put the brownwash on before you put the colours on?
There was no need for a base coat as the skeleton was already the base color that I wanted, which is also why I applied the VERY HEAVY wash on it, to give it a bit more dimension before diving in
Why didn't you use a dollar tree dragon skeleton.
it wasn't available at the time this video was made
Honestly the 'poor mans wash' for me works much better. More so with a tiny drop of dish soap.
I will have to try adding a dab of dish soap, depending on what i use sometimes poor mans wash is better sometimes the "official" I find that army painter washes are shiny... which I do not like. Model Color washes seem to work best for me
do eren yaeger founder titan but 100 times more scary
My rookie copy, thanks for inspiration.
