...Facts: The terminology 'MINORITY' is wording regulatory authotities and government use to describe the community as minors, as in 'dependents that cannot make their own decisions, and need decisions to be made for FOR them' ... not minority as in small numbers. In this instance the opposite of 'Minority' is NOT majority, but rather, 'Legal Guardian' that authorises, and permits, and licences (permits and licences...) said community group.
We are minorities. Let’s not hide the truth and call it for what it is. POCs are minorities and we are marginalized by white america.

You have my support! I am raising the alarm and sharing this story everywhere. People don’t understand the widespread destruction that will come if Blum wins and the legal precedent is set. This is serious and can derail Black people’s economic progress, financial independence, and ability to participate in industry.
I love what she's trying to do for Sisters but you have to let the Hispanics go to their Own people, like you said they already have their own non profit and for profit corporations. Fund your own without calling out the name black, the same way Jews, Wasp, Chinese, Japanese, Latins and Arabs do

I’m perplexed about the lawsuits as it has the potential for other groups to be targeted. If the lawsuit is upheld it could start a detrimental threat to a community that is lagging in sound social economic stability and wealth creation due to systematic and other impediments in society. Furthermore, rights for the disabled or those with mental health challenges may also be at risk for the practice of dismantling guardrails for fostering growth for those groups.
Just do like all the other groups and just give it to their people without announcing it

I'm a tech founder, I support the Fearless mission, and I've only hired POC/women/LGBTQ staff & vendors. When I looked at Fearless' website about a year ago, I was very surprised by the language TBH. I wondered how they were getting away with being (what seemed to me) openly discriminatory. I cannot openly state that I don't hire white males, I'd be in trouble if I said so, and I def would never hang a sign on my website that said 'whites not welcome', as much as I do back that. I don't think Fearless had a lawyer greenlight the copy on their website. I think they should just pay the fine (don't waste money fighting this) for being discriminatory and consider this the best ever guerilla advertising for Fearless :)

I was shocked that someone would bring a lawsuit against an organization that discriminates against white women. I thought it was accepted that it was okay to be racist to white women even though they are normally one of the biggest supporters of black causes.
