Just a heads up: Everyone everywhere I've seen the topic of FSR in the deck discussed say that it is always a better idea to enable in-game FSR, rather than the one in the deck. Use the deck one only if the game does not support FSR natively.
I agree, that works too. I meant that you shouldn’t enable it both in the game and on the Steam Deck at the same time.

I would say 45 fps is the sweetspot. 😎
You actually want to have FSR enabled in-game if it supports it, otherwise enabling it on the Steam Deck settings doesn't do anything.
i'd go 45 fps instead of 40 if you own the OLED model, as 45 is an increment of the 90Hz OLED Screen, making it even more fluid.
If you do 40, the refresh is set to 80
Platinum is a better rating than Gold.
Isn't it possible to install windows on a micro sd card?
Yes, but it's better not to, as Windows quickly wears out memory cards.
