Yes From an A320 pilot’s perspective,The PF constantly monitors the PFD and simultaneously keeps a watch on the outside that is the runway .When the aircraft is be,ow 1000ft AGL ,thr above has to be performed also having a eye on the centre line and the touch down zone ...
When the aircraft is approaching or at 100 ft the PF slowly moves his attention from the PFD and keeps a eye over the end of the runway ..This all happens with in 100ft and by 50 ft the PF completely looks at the end point of the runway ,keeping in mind about the angle of attack .,.so as to make a good flare and slowly touches down smoothly ...

Hi. Love the video. I hope you’re still reading the comments. I will be flying with Qatar 380 in December to bangkok. I experienced an aborted takeoff because of birds years ago in a 777.

The centerline was very much aligned with the center of the camera rather than yhe aorcraft 😂😂
Mihai Ursan of course not, this is the effect of the camera, there’s no way for an A380 not to be aligned because you don’t have margin, your wings are already out, it is super centerline

DR Gaming Well first become a pilot and then will give you some advise. But for sure you need to have certain experience to go on A380, you may start first with A320 for exemple them upgrade to wide body like A330 then it’s possible

There could be a chance I was on this flight. I usually go to Thailand every year and for the past few times it was on an a380 on Qatar Airways. The pilot one time let me in the cockpit and it looked amazing.
