I was one of the coaches that got to coach him in little league team with the tournaments. Nobody could tackle him that coleman broke many kids Ackles and he had speed. His uncle was really humble so was Coleman.

We're not roll tide roll but I believe over the years Washington brings pedigree to the table I've seen a lot of bad Washington teams jump up and beat very good teams over the years. Don't mind you taking the coach we owed you one. The late great Don James"Dawg FATHER" was taught by coach Paul Bear Bryant .before he stopped off at Mont lake. Have a good season Bama

This team has been improving since Kalen DeBoer has left for Alabama. And yet no Michael Penix Jr. no Rome Odunze, left PAC12 & joining the B1G and yet it doesn’t matter. Big congrats to Jedd Fisch, Will Rogers, to everyone else on this victory & making their Big 10 debut.

Back in the days when Nebraska was good who beat them Washington when Miami was good who beat them Washington when Michigan was good who beat them Washington the list goes on and the beat doesn't stop Washington going into the BIG will be as good as ever

I grew up in Seattle and have been a Husky fan since birth (the Seahawks weren't even around then so the Dawgs were the only team in town). Now I'm in TX and really grateful that YT has highlights because the networks doing their traditional routine of not covering west coast teams nationally.

Bankston and the O line were the lone bright spots for Weber in this one. Worried about our linebackers and wide receivers after watching the game.
I get why they do these games... $700k for this one I believe, but getting your butt whooped by a high level FBS team to start the season still sucks.
We'll learn a lot more about who Weber really is this next week vs Portland State.

I don't mind being unranked but we cant get a game earlier than 8pm pacific after going to the national championship? Seems pretty harsh but regardless I liked what I saw on defense. The secondary was flying around out there. Only thing that looks like a concern is the pass protection. Weber St. shouldn't be able to get 2 sacks if we are going to be a solid team.

Either way I've seen lots of husky teams unranked wind up being in the top 10 by the end of the year this team won't surprise me if they do the same I have no doubt they're going to get wins in the BIG

Rankings were odd this year. Arizona lost their coach and players and are still 21? Nebraska had the most exciting young players and they went unranked but for some reason, and NC state got a nod for no reason. Very odd.
For some reason it’s thought that we’re not able to reload like other good programs. Like hello, all schools lose their players to the NFL or graduation. We’ll be ranked soon enough, but it is kind of a joke.
Maybe since they have a new coach and a bunch of new players that it was unclear how good they really were. But yes I do think they should've had a rank.

They're a medium size but RAPIDLY GROWING university in Utah like ≈45min north of SLC (in the middle of metro-Ogden).

Their entire roster was basically snapped away like Thanos and they had to put together a new athletic department in the off season so for that being taken into account, they look great. Team looked like they know their schemes and are well coached, there is some talent popping, they’re not going to contend for a title but looks like they could turn into a pretty good team this year
