- Only a licenced member of Bar council can represent a client's court proceedings whether it is documentation or in person

- they are not a licenced member of Bar council and they cannot represent a client's court proceedings whether it is documentation or in person.
Attorney and counsell- In USA is a licenced legal court proceeding representative for a clients

Other countries advocate can be either licenced or non licence law practitioners who gives advocacy.
