I definitely agree. I have the original GPW, but a larger one would feel so much better. Almost considering getting a different mouse cause it’s current size cramps my hands up a bit.
Kinda glad the only difference is the weight I have custom switches in my gpw and like the 80grams so no need to shell out 150 big ones, great review as always 👍
As a glasses wearer, wicked cushions are a lifesaver. That and the earcups are a bit deeper compared to the original Arctis Pro cups, so my ears don’t touch the drivers anymore, love them! Couldn’t recommend more, great price as well!
When it first came out there was no competition around so the 150 dollar price was justified. However today there are solid lightweight wireless choices bellow 100 dollars. I think somewhere around 110 dollars would have been a reasonable price in the current market.
I have wicked cushions and techne is right, they’re freaking amazing! I use them on my Arctis pro wireless. The hybrid velour leather pads are the best sound/comfort balance. The customer support is also incredible. They stand by their product 100% and will replace them or refund if you’re not happy after they break in.
The rattle at the front is due to the small spring they use for constant tension on the switches. I'm happy to put up with some small vibration for their clicks. Though I feel everything aside from the weight reduction is a step backwards on this mouse.
The superlight uses 20M Omrons, the same used in the latest batches of the GPW, but yours is probably old and it is probably with the 50M ones, that's why they sound and may feel different.
@@Leon-ww3qz it is 100% personal preference. For me light mouse is only good for tracking games like apex or warzone but for games where you need steady solid aim like csgo/valorant heavy & big mouse all day. Thats my personal preference. Theres no mouse that works for everyone.
Im trying both brand new and im gravitating towards the og g pro over the superlight, mainly because im working out alot and the weight feels almost to light. Like i aim for a hs and the slightest movement screws it up. After a couple of hours i ended up with a very strained forearm which i havnt had when using the g pro og for an entire day. Both are amazing and if they are on sale i recommend them over the Glorious model o mainly due to preference of shape.
Hey really like- BLACK CAMO style , probably should be great on my hyper x cloud 2 . anyway, really liked the way you review gadgets, stinkin' ossssummmmmm.
the rattle noise is from the springs in the spring loaded buttons. Other mice dont have them, thats why logitech clicks are so much nicer and more tactile.
i honestly still prefer the old g pro wireless cuz of the weight, for me heavier mouses help me track better tho my wrist (im a wrist aimer) gets more tired, but i feel like the weight gives me more feeling to it i guess
Great review, keep it up. I would like the upgraded gaming earpads in hybrid velour black, for my cloud stingers, they get kinda spicy from time to time
@@TheTechne fair enough but that means that it can still be prone to double clicks and you have to agree that micro USB on a 150 product in 2020 is a crime haha

The Red Camo Gaming Wicked Cushions look really nice!
