First off, congrats to Matt. Happy for him, especially with his woes out of fairway bunkers. But the reality is that was a pretty standard fairway bunker shot. For almost every pro. No real lip to deal with, just straight forward.

Looked like a stock 9 iron. Granted under a ton of pressure but the lip was well right of his line
except it was to lose the US Open if he chunked it.
