when he was talking abt the hurtful feedback (negative voices 2:29 ) i think he might meant the people that say "genshin devs are bad, they are trash and stuff* and not the actual feedback with how the game could evolve (basically they might had gotten hurt from the many toxic players and toxic people that wright feedback and not the actual feedback)

I definitely get things like that where he may see stuff like that and feel bad but I still do think there’s room for them to grow from said feedback, especially considering it’s technically not lies when they refuse to update genshin or add the same qol like star rail and even Zenless they don’t give the same care to genshin and it makes it seem like they don’t care / have lazy devs which is not the case.
