You did a nice video and highlight 10 nice neighborhoods…except there is one issue….none are actually in Las Vegas. There are many of us who don’t like the postage size lots builders are putting homes on, neighborhoods with 3 different models so every other one looks the same and it takes 45 minutes to an hour to get to the Strip for a VGK game, concert, show, fine dining, etc. Las Vegas actually has great neighborhoods like Scotch 80’s, McNeil Estates, Rancho Bel Air, Rancho Circle, Nevada Estates, Alta area, Paradise Palms, etc. These have custom homes on 1/4, 1/3 & 1/2+ acre lots and are just minutes from downtown, Strip & airport.
I appreciate you watching my video and providing me some feedback. You mentioned that none of the communities I highlighted are in Las Vegas. One reason I love Las Vegas is because it is made up of several sub communities and master planned communities. The other communities that you enjoy I did not talk about because although these are apart of Las Vegas this video was created to show the larger top neighborhoods in Las Vegas. These smaller communities are not considered a top community for this video. If you would like to see future videos on these smaller communities please let me know! Thanks for the feedback!
I like your videos, but slow down…you talk too fast. I certainly couldn’t work with you as my Realtor if that’s the speed you always speak at. BTW, I liked The Lakes the most.
