Great performance by a world top guitar player: Angel Romero.
I am a mere drummer with a lifelong inability to focus due to ADHD. I am also gifted with high appreciation of music and natural sciences. I love piano and stringed instruments especially. being stuck by my alarm radio of this brilliant Concierge I am profoundly impressed of a need to re -attempt learning to read sheet music and insert it into piano, guitar, and melodic drumming. The fuse is lit!
Angel once was approached by someone who just heard his concert. That person said, “Your mic was too loud.” Angel was not using a mic that night. He has incredible power.
To quote one of the world's top guitarist/teachers, "Angel can play the fastest, the loudest, for the longest." He is my favourite player not only because of this, but because his playing is so secure and musical; unfortunately, it seems he is somehow overshadowed by other, more well-known players.
This is the quality of music! What a feeling he has! Absolutely highest level of classical guitar!
The piece is gorgeous. I´d like to see ANY guitarist pull it off with this power and tone. Angel has gone way beyond Segovia...light years. That doesn´t mean better...it means that Angel has defined himself in a class unto himself.
BRAVO! IMHO there are about 5 guitarists in the world who can pull this piece off, but nobody can seal the deal like Angel Romero! Panache to burn!

Angel is hardly Segovia school: his fingers were always much more agile and his tone is far bigger, more clear and much more articulate.

super duper MEAN. angel is a BEAST. does he sometimes use i and a on some of the scalic passages? coz that's super hard to do. anyway he's MEAN, MEAN, MEAN. sounds like quite a heavy influence from Piazzolla in this composition
I've seen him up close in this era (his prime) and it was always i-m-i-m for the fast stuff...

Angel is a far better musician. He plays passages here that even Segovia in his prime could not have pulled off. What´s your point?
