Coming from a motocross background and now doing more and more with SXS, I want to tell you how on-point and 100% correct your teachings and explanations are. Proper suspension setup and adjustments are one of the most misunderstood yet important aspects of dialing in your ride...and ny far the best bang for buck mod you can do. I hope more and more people listen to you and take your advice rather than tossing their money to the aftermarket for bandaid fixes.
Awesome video guys. I am the same way Rock is, if I feel something is going to fail, I look for an improvement. It isn't cheap for sure but at the end of the day it makes the machine an extension of yourself and it makes for a better ride. Keep up the great videos!
This krx has the following stuff D3 cage Ace seats Amazon stereo pieces D3 shock tune 35” tires and rims Trail armor skids Aftermarket assassin tune and clutch exhaust
Hey, was wondering if you did the extra bracing on your top mounting points front shocks. I have a 23’ and it looks beefy already. Did they beef it up at all or do I need to brace them up?
Hey guys love the videos ! I do have a question..do you rebuild SHOCK FOX Live valve shocks with shock therapy dual rate springs off a 2021 Polaris RZR Pro XP Ultimate? I have around 4k km on them. I'm also wondering if you install the Suspension Armor sleeves to save the shock bodies which have rubbing issues.
Hey!! Thank you, yes we rebuild and tune all sxs shocks and install parts! Shoot us an email and we will take care of you to the best of our ability D3-offroad@outlook.com
This is such an informative video! Thank you for making it...I have a couple questions from it that weren't covered that I was hoping you could answer...1st, What is the proper Nitrogen pressure setting for the KRX from the factory? 2nd, What is the torque setting for the nut that holds the piston and valve stack, and do you use blue loctite on it?
Thanks for watching! 1st - pressure is tunable to your liking anywhere from 150-200psi we usually set it between 180-200 depending on the needs The nut is a lock nut so no loctite needed, 60ft/lb
I have those same T20 Torx plugs. What thread size are they? If I can buy Schrader valves with the same thread, I can skip the drill/tap step. Also, where do you recommend getting the Schrader valves from? Maybe Schmidty Racing?

Thank you for the kind words
Very very good video bud I understand I like the Rock build buggy.
Excellent video. I like how you laid out all the individual parts. You made it look easy. I hope to see more videos like this in the future.
Thanks for watching us! Yes I will do more videos like this if people really do enjoy them!
Very good job Mr Rock on the video
Nice shock work ! That's a good looking machine.
Awesome video! I do wish you went more in depth on how you tuned for this exact type of riding because that’s how I would tune mine
We could do a video more in depth bout tunning with shims
Yes please!

Ya for sure! Thanks for watching and the comment
Another subject, you guys ever do a video on how to replace the front axles? Having issues doing it myself. Thanks!
The front axles should just pop right out once you take tire brakes and hubs off! We haven’t done a video on it though
Great learning video! It’d be great if the owner could respond with what he all did to the car. What an awesome looking car!
Thank you!

Does a Krx have enough power and wheel speed for longer steeper hills that u need wheel speed
You bet!
Have you ever shown how to do the Schrader valve upgrade?
We will make a video showing exactly how to do it!
When you rebuild the shocks are you installing new shims or doing something with the old shims?
Both, it depends on the shock tune required to achieve the end result

@@d3offroad Thanks for the reply. I appreciate it!
Where is the nitrogen leaking out over time? The cap or the IFP
If it’s leaking out of the shock it’s the cap o ring or the fill port, if the IFP is leaking then the pressure is getting into the oil and shock body
Ok thanks

The thread is was to small for a valve to fit in so you need to do the drill and tap steps, and we sell the valves on our website!
