Well, it's all to do with your skin type. . . I think.
It's common is teens (puberty) and if your skin is oily or you touch your face.

Trolldamere it is heavily reliant on genetics, which influences your skin type, whether or not your skin is oily, how well your pores drain, and stuff like that. It very rarely is due purely to hygiene. And even people who have really good hygiene and take care of their skin can have really bad acne
