gain apple mango tango is the best!!! I’m so glad that I live in Canada where you can easily find gain apple mango tango. I recommend island fresh as it’s one of my number 1 soaps of all time
The Gain Apple Mango Tango was rebranded to "Tropical Sunrise". Only problem is Gain has started to phase this out, as well. Most big box stores like Walmart or Target usually have the pods, but no fabric softener or fireworks. I still see the Apple Mango Tango in only that size at Walmart and Target.
I just found out about this thing's existence about a year ago, and I've been looking for one to buy basically ever since then 😂 the Catalyst portion seems like a great idea, though I'm not too big on the electronic controls
That break stopped it in less than a second when it was close to full speed! Why does it do that spray spin thing and have a HE control panel instead of knobs
@@Andrejwasher That's called the catalyst cycle. it recirculates a spray of concentrated soapy water on the clothes before the wash to pretreat. One of the main features of these washers!
Hey, can I ask when you’ll do the Extra Rinses on this Machine & on your Kenmore Elite Calypsos? I want to see the performance on them of what they’ll do, when Extra Rinse is turned on. 🤔
Does that Washer have a 2ND Rinse Option somewhere? 🤔 Would it be under the "Rinse/Spin" Option or does pushing the Button on it switch it over to the Rinse & Spin Cycle? 🤔 While I'm curious to know the Model Number of it, can you do a Video showing the Control Panel & all the available Cycles & Options on it, so that at least I can know for if I was to make any requests on that Washer? 🤔
You are correct. pushing that Rinse button adds another rinse cycle. it's a strange display haha. I would tell you, but the machine is in storage at the moment. I might pull it out and make a vid
@@nhrawashervideos6567 These washers are actually pretty good at preventing that from happing. They premix the softener with water and dispense it a minute or two into the rinse.
@@raptorbirdsfan2024 it turns into this gel goo that gets frickin everywhere. Every machine I pull apart I can instantly tell if they used softener regularly or not. It seriously is like lavender scented sludge

@@DrummerboysWashersAndMore this one seems to do it just about every time the catalyst cycle ends. Maybe it's a combination of the brake area being cold and the spin speed being low instead of high? I'm not sure! It doesn't do it again after the first time.
@@nhrawashervideos6567 That’s what mine seems to do too. The first time I use it after its sat for a while, it’ll stop very hard after the catalyst treatment ends, and then will stop normally every time after that.
This washer will significantly boost your subscriber base. Looking forward to seeing more of it!

I'm the same way. If this was implemented onto the traditional timer controlled models I believe it would have been a huge success.
@@nhrawashervideos6567 mechanical catalysts do exist from what I know, but they're not particularly common.

I found a whirlpool gold catalyst for sale but out of stock
That break stopped it in less than a second when it was close to full speed! Why does it do that spray spin thing and have a HE control panel instead of knobs
The second spin was not as fast as the first one
It has that panel because it was a higher end model at the time so it was packed with features.
Why does it do that wash spin thing
@@Andrejwasher That's called the catalyst cycle. it recirculates a spray of concentrated soapy water on the clothes before the wash to pretreat. One of the main features of these washers!
Oh
I just picked up one of these. Why does the tub jerk after the catalyst spin? Mine has done it twice now.

9:50 since when whirlpool gave this machine some violent braking system
Do you ever use fabric softener with your loads?
I do not. I've found it gums up the clothes and the machine.

Do the normal cycle on the small load setting
May take me a bit to film. I have the washer unhooked at the moment but I will do that.
@@nhrawashervideos6567 cuz the kenmore slows the agitation down due to the smaller water levels but I still have to see with the whirlpool…

@@nhrawashervideos6567 ok…
Why does it sound very quieter than the other DD?
Since it's a higher end model, they added sound padding. The bottom has a foam pad and there are pads surrounding the tub to absorb noise.
I like the kenmore version better, but this is good too.
You need to test it first
My mom had a catalyst
That might have been the most violent stop I've ever seen out of a DD. did well otherwise.
Right? It seemed to almost rip the tub off of the frame. Not sure what that was about.
