    More about this bass www.vintageguitarandbass.com/...
Two contemporaneous pieces of bass gear from Fender: a 1972 Fender Precision ( strung with Labella Deep Talkin' flats - 760FS amzn.to/2Z4pM8E ) played through a 1973 silverface Bassman 100. I'm using a Marshall 1550 15" cab - sounds just a little nicer than the Bassman 4x12, although not quite as good at handling higher volumes. Some DELICIOUS clean tones from this bass/amp!
Check out the other videos of this bass through a WEM Dominator, Marshall 20w Lead & Bass and Ampeg B15.
This is a vintage gear demo - please excuse amp rattles etc! If you like the vid, feel free to share and follow the channel. There will be plenty more to come. Longer versions of all videos will be available at vintageguitarandbass.com
    Recorded using:
left channel: Electrovoice RE-20 - brilliant professional broadcast microphone - exceptionally good at recording instruments, especially bass guitar amzn.to/31h533c
right channel: Shure SM57 - industry standard instrument microphone - amzn.to/2GTARmX
both into Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 USB recording interface - amzn.to/2yHM1Xq

I have the same setup; however, my Precision has a clear finish. Purchased it new with every penny I had.

This video doesn't do this amp justice. The amp sounds great and is completely underrated. This bass sounds horrible with the tone rolled up high and those shitty flat wound nylon strings.

You should be friendly when you write comments! To me this sounds awesome with flats and this amp was made in the era where flat wounds where an only option.

Your opinions are valid but you should try and be more constructive, lol. People will be more likely to trust and listen to you. Just FYI.

@@tommyviolinistfromcabo6931 It's great for vintage rock. If you play metal this is not the right amp.
