I support the decision of this principal to discontinue the services of any staff or teacher found wanting in either attendance, punctuality, or performance. I also commend the principal and the school for their moral Monday sessions/classes. I also advise him to: 1. Discontinue the practice of sending students out of school premises for Friday prayers (for liability and appropriateness reasons). It is more advisable to terminate school for all students early on Friday so their parents can take them to the mosque for Friday prayers should they desire that. 2. Not allow any organized prayers on school grounds, whether for staff meetings or for students.
