    this is such a great example to practical teaching. I always wondered how lattice modifier worked. Had never looked it up before.

    Pure truth!!! 👏👌Combining built-in tools (modifiers, constraints, sculpting etc.) you can get outstanding results! It's really important for architects (especially for student- architect)

    I use geometry nodes for achieving similar results. Have seen 3dsMax users do it that way. Pleased to find out that it is possible in blender as well). Thank you for sharing this with us!

    Hi Architecture Topics, when clicking loft, my vertices is connecting in the middle as well and not only on the outside. Is there something I missed when copying or moving the vertices?

    Tanks, is shap key can be used like editable poly in 3ds max!!?

    • @architecturetopics
      @architecturetopics  2 года назад +1

      It's like the morpher modifier in 3Dsmax where you can add many shapes and join them to affect the main one, we did add one here but you can make many copies from the top part and do the same process as in the video, editable poly is the edit mode in blender where you can transform vertices, edges and faces on your mesh.
      hope this helps.

    So we don't need Grasshopper no more?

    • @architecturetopics
      @architecturetopics  2 года назад

      Blender Still no way near Grasshopper so I think you still need it if your core work is Organic or Parametrics.
