Now the "incoming wires" at the start....where are those coming from? And what is the purpose of the "Neutral" wire?

In coming wires (RYB) comes from distribution panel.. And neutral wire, to on lights, timer, contactor coil...

Sir mere ek pannel pe 60 pole hai aur 1 pole pe 180 watt*2 led light hai.
Aur uske connection maine RYB sequence se kare huve hai.
Jab mai pannel on karta hu to last ke 50 53 56 59no ke pole blinking karte hai.
Uske bad maine agar 50 no pole ka mcb off kiya to ageke pole blinking nahi karte
Kya problem ho sakta hai?
