Yes we connect each pole in different phase. Like starting from pole 1 to pole 6 we terminate cable fist pole with Red phase then 2nd pole with Yellow then 3rd pole with Blue then again repeat same pattern to the remaining poles. We are doing this type of termination to make load balance.
Nice work, this was the last pole in the line?? because there was only one cable.
