Hi Debbie! I am not seeing all the options like yours shows. I only have layout, media & quality, paper handling, and cover page. I don't see anything else.
There’s a step during install that is commonly missed that you need to do correctly in order to have all the print options. - Make sure you have the drivers installed. - Delete the printer from your computer. - Click the + button to add it back. - When you reach the step that has a drop down menu that defaults to “Secure AirPrint” change that drop down selection to the model of your printer. - Finish the setup process. Your settings should now be there.
Thank you so much, I am completely new to all of this. I have done several prints with cosmo ink and a WF 7720. None of profiles I have tried are as bright as the color match I am printing. What else do I need to change?
How do I get it to print on 11x17 I don't get that option or do I need or do I need the business addition to print larger btw I have the Et-15000 thank you
Help!! I don't have all the options you do when I click on the drop down menu. The only ones that i have are: media&quality, layout, paper handling, cover page and supply levels. Do you know how to correct this? I also have a Mac. Thank you!!
chavelor make sure you have the drivers installed and if that doesn’t fix it, delete the printer from your computer in the settings and then add it right back. That usually fixes it.
Hi I’m setting up my printer, and she I go to the print setting it does NOT give me the option to choose mirror and to choose color profile, I have a Mac, business edition silhouette

Hi Debbie, I have a mac, just downloaded the business edition of silhouette and have my measurements at 9.45x8.3 but when i hit print it cuts it at 8.0. Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong
Go to file > page setup and make sure the paper size is set correctly there. Sometimes it is really stubborn with “custom” paper sizes and/or that borderless option. Try turning borderless on or off and see if that changes anything. Otherwise you might need to choose a standard paper size that’s close. I’ve had some it just refused to do correctly. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason. It just won’t do some sizes for me.
Qui H I like premium presentation matte for fabrics but some of the colors are off with that setting so I’ve been using the high quality plain paper lately. I have a video showing the difference in paper settings in my channel you might want to check out.
Silaholics Anonymous yes, I know. I used to use premium matte setting and was bummed wouldn’t print with the second tray. It will print high quality plain paper though which is the setting I prefer now after doing more tests and finding HQ plain paper to be more accurate colors.
Thanks for the video Debbie. I have a weird occurrence. I followed everything to a tee, but I do not see high-quality plain as an option. I have the 7620 and just updated the drivers to 10.8 and still do not see it.

I remember you used to use HQ Plain Paper for mugs only. Do you use this setting for shirts as well or Prem Matte?

For media type, which paper do i choose for sublimation paper??

Are you using the Premium Presentation Matte setting? That turns blue purple sometimes. Try High Quality Plain Paper.
