I am a Sentinel 2 as well as SNAP new user. We have not enough ideas to use the data with SNAP. So, Please make some basic tutorial like how to install SNAP, download image, Mosaicing and also NDVI, LAI Yield Prediction and so on
There are several options. Best would be if you ask your question in the forum (forum.step.esa.int). Describe your use case and which sensor you use. Then I think someone can help you.
