@@Saahilll yes you are right under 20 lakhs ....but if you get 17 kmpl in petrol with 0-100 in 9 sec with all plush features in 11 lakh and looks is subjective matter you like city looks and I like Rapid ...then in term of performance features and value for money Rapid scores over City ....and yes resale value doesn’t play role here as we have to keep this car for at least 6 years

@@caughtindream6460 Milage is good & there is no noticeable lag. It's real fun to drive, except that from zero to 6 kms the car is little bit eager to move, which we have to get used to while parking & at signals.

ground clearence is actually 166mm.
116mm is laden weight ,that is your ground clearence when car is fully loaded.
I seen many reviews - its actually 168mm

Rapid is the my favourite sedan (among the ones within 1.5 ltrs). Seen the pics of next gen Rapid coming soon, to be frank, i like the existing design compared to the expected next gen (no matter if it is a decade old design). I want the Monte Carlo variant but with dual done interior (balck + beige). I don’t like the all black interior and that colourfull seat covers. Is it possible to customize that way by the dealer?

You dont need much airbags in a skoda.
Other manifacturers need to because they use thinner sheet metal than skoda.

One thing that no one has pointed out till now is that this thing has space issues.
Apart from all the co passangers space, which ofcourse is debatable but specially for the driver, your knee always keep banging between the steering and the partition below the infotainment system.

True bro. The leg space is less, plus the front hand rest space is quite small. Only one person can rest their arm properly.

No, in dsg there are 2types wet and dry clutch low segments are dry clutch and in higher models from octavia there is a wet clutch which is reliable

Infotainment is fitted at dealership. So dealer will fit what ever they have available. 6.5 inch you miss of skoda connect feature.

Bhai, I think they fooled you regarding the touch screen infotainment system, for style variant the infotainment system is quite big and attractive too, and it costs around 80k.(I came to know about this when I asked the dealer to replace the touch screen of ambition variant with that of style variant). The touchscreen fixed to your car might be of ambition variant. And in style varient because of bigger touch screen in style varient they are providing the USB in the glove box where there is a provision. You better take up with the company. The above information is as per the details provided by Skoda dealer Visakhapatnam.

Does not this car got any negatives No mention regarding the negatives Downshifts are so jerky and annoying. Creeping is too aggressive .Idling at traffic is totally annoying front seats start vibrating. All other things you have said is right .Never compare to the smoothness of DSG 1.2 L
