    I remember when he talk about how he make list of reasons to live, no matter how small the reason is. I'm still grateful for his talks. Let's keep living! There are too many great movie, books, tv series i haven't see!

    I know that tablo talked about suffering from depression back in 2007 when the topic of mental illnesses in korea was even MORE taboo than now. I’m glad that korea and other countries are becoming more open to discussing this issue.

    I think people confuse anxiety attacks and panic attacks oftentime. Panic attacks are what Tablo was describing. Out of the blue, no known trigger because it is always a subconscious trigger or spike in Glutamate and Cortisol. Though with anxiety attacks you tend to be in a situation where you are already experiencing high anxiety and have an attack. When I have panic attacks I have had to run in place outside my car because it does tire out the body and "burn" off that adrenaline. Alcohol is a no no however it's funny how our bodies always know where to find the GABA and alcohol will flood your body with GABA thus bringing down Glutamate levels. Too much glutamate = excitatory = panic attacks. Man, I love thursdays

      Since it brings thr glutamine levels down doesn't that mean alcohol is good?

    I'm a 23 year old that was diagnosed with bipolar 2 and generalised anxiety disorder last year. I never really noticed my hypomania states every now and then, just assumed it was my personality. I did wonder why I'd feel the lowest of lows for no reason relative to what was happening around me. Having been diagnosed last year and getting on a decent treatment plan after I had the worst time of my life, I truly advocate that anyone out there go speak to a professional whenever they feel the need, even if it's a simple counsellor at uni or a community health clinic. And if the person you go with doesn't gel with you, find someone else. It can be like dating where it takes a few goes. But to have a name to what I've experienced throughout my teens and 20s is really liberating.

    When I face to stress or I feel nervous. I always have a headache and can’t eat anything at all!!! I can’t say myself out loud when I’m in the stage or something like formal occasion. I’m always worried about bad things gonna happen.

    A couple of months ago my parents told me i should go into theropy cause I was and still am with anxiety and my first panic attack was in freshman year I haven't really gotten a panic attack ever since then I think that was the first and only time I've gotten one so any way my parents said i should go into theropy for my anxiety and depression I told them no cause I don't like theropy at all and I've told them i usually talk to my friend of what i go though and she helped me alot during my dark times and she still helps me now so i still have anxiety and I still suffer through it but I'm glad i have people aka my friends to help me through those times

      I tell you why, because they don't call it like it is, even Tablo, did he said the name of his disease? No, he vaguely and I get it, it is non of our business, but if you yourself, don't call what you have by its name, how do you expect others to take it seriously. They call every disease anxiety, when it is obviously something more deeper than that.

    But do you think it is responsible to talk about mental issues to young people and then talk about being drunk when a lot of people are on anxiety and anti-depressing medications and some don't take them at all. It is as if I am a diabetic since I was 13 years old, what if I start talking about chocolate cake to a whole bunch of diabetics when I know some of them are going blind because of diabetes and some are losing their limbs this condition is horrible, it would be irresponsible on my part... See the connection, sugar and diabetes, alcohol and depression... just in case.

    • @everuby4787
      @everuby4787 4 года назад

      What??? Did you understand what I was talking about?? Mixing medication and Alcohol is an irresponsibility in his part, Anxiety no, mood disorder and not properly explain it to young people and on top mixing it with alcohol and then not explain it to other young people who might be experiencing the same condition and what could happen if you do, it is irresponsible, he is a public communicator, he is talking to the masses... It is his responsibility to educate. Read all about it, that is why we go to school to get those degrees, not everyone who gets a microphone can be a communicator you need an education but if you are getting on the air you are taking that responsibility so act accordingly, it is what I said. Sure, your parents can get green in their faces telling you, but then a guy comes on the radio or internet, someone people like you admire, and says, it is fine to take your meds and drink and who are you going to listen to, the parents who told you no or to the guy who is telling you to do what you want to do?
