  • I am improving my gut health with fermented foods at home with bare minimum. In a week I made Ginger bug for probiotic sodas and sauerkraut as a condiment and side dish.

    Very nice relaxing video with clear concise instructions. I love making ferments. I have a fruit mix going now. I just poured out a strawberry one. It is so delicious. I will start a new ginger bug this week. My old one has gone bad. Fermented foods are very healthy for the gut.

    Nicely done! That refreshing foam was gigantic compared to the store bought fermented drinks I get. Homemade is definitely the best.

    Thank you for your analytical instructions. I have never tried to make fermented food I found it quite interesting. Do you use it often to preserve other food ? Stay connected You new friend Lemonia.

    Hello Shim! I have been enjoying your posts. I have a question on your ginger bug: when you take out 1/2 cup to add to the juice, how much sugar/water do you add back on the ginger bug? Thank you ☺️

      Hi! Thank you. 4Tbsp water and 2tbsp sugar then place in the fridge.
