Carolina Coops takes care of their customers! In today's world service after the sale has all but gone. It is so refreshing to know this company stands behind their product. If my HOA would allow me to have chickens I would already have a Carolina Coop!
TREMENDOUS EXPLANATION 🙏
GREETINGS AND BLESSINGS
Another great video
Add grass clippings, fallen leaves!!! Small branches r fun.give them a dust bath... oyster shell & grit. Maybe some things to climb on.
All excellent suggestions. yes!
Nice job Matt. Good information and very helpful as usual.
Beautiful coop!
This coop works because this man is thinking like a chicken!
Hemp came the other day. Yiphee! Another fine video. So glad to see the continued support you always give to your coop owners. Would hope those two ladies put a small container of oyster shell so chickens could access as needed. Lovely setting for the coop! Envious of their weather- wind, below zero temperatures, and piles of snow here in Wyoming. Spring will be coming soon.
Good follow up. 🐓
Ginkgo leaves are good medicine, look it up.
❤👍great info
I just emailed for more information. I’ve spoke with you before about building after we got moved and we’re ready now!
love it! That’s exactly what I’m looking for!
❤❤❤. Someday I will have one of these coops!
Love that coop. In about 12-18 months (god willing) ya'll" are coming to central VA to install our #CarolinaCoops!!!! 🐔🐔🐔
Show us inside !!!!
For looks. Polish (black w/white crest so striking), some cochine r so pretty, Matt doesn't care for them, but Silkies r nifty looking.
I have a question. During the video Matt said not to give them pine needles. We have pine trees all over our backyard, and the chickens seem to love scratching through it looking for bugs while free ranging. Why would it be bad for inside the run or as bedding? Just curious. Thanks you for all your help and advice. Have a blessed day.
I was going to ask the same. They are all over the area I am going to put my coop

Lovely coop. Love that stained glass window. I have a question about deep liter. I have a hen house that's 5 x 5. I have 6 hens on two roosts so I know I'm within my limit of hens. It is designed after your American Coop. I have a play list about it. Built it mostly out of a reclaimed privacy fence I had. Our hens have been living it almost two months now. They free range in a big yard so they only sleep there at night. I can't afford the industrial hemp. Wish I could. So I use the large pine shavings from tractor supply. It already smells. I'm surprised because the girls only sleep in there for the dark hours of night. In he mornings I turn it over and spread the shavings with a hoe. Is that messing things up? Every time I smelled something I'd add more shavings on top. We quickly reached the top too. Maybe I put too many shavings at the start. Any advice? I'm very worried now and have to get rid of a huge volume of smelly shavings. Was hoping for that two years you guys talk about. I really don't need angry neighbors.
The smell comes from it not being adequately absorbed into the shavings. It's why the hemp while it seems costly at first, it lasts so long that it becomes more economic and makes things easier.
Chickens defecate a lot at night. If you are still getting a strong smell, then add more shavings to absorb the droppings.
@@CarolinaCoopsVideos Thanks for the reply. I also think I just put too much to start with. I took it all out and started with a thinner like 3 inch layer. So far it's going much better and I will add more if it smells.
Msrp- $22,500
what is the product for the inside of the chicken coop?
How much would that set up cost to build in Ocala, Fla?
Please email sales@carolinacoops.com for a quote on a turnkey installation of a coop like this. Thank you.
More money than brain?
