Having produced all the FINAL DESTINATION movies, I very much enjoyed your reaction! I hope you continue to watch the rest of them -- there's only one really (ahem) not-so-great one in the bunch. Thanks again!
Hi Craig!! Aahh, seeing you in the comments is such a TREAT!!! Thank you so much for watching with me- I’m so happy you enjoyed it. Guessing how death was going to get everyone was some of the most fun I’ve had watching a horror movie. What a creative premise. REALLY looking forward to number 2! Especially with all of the vouches for it in the comments… THANK YOU FOR THE RIDE THAT WAS THIS MOVIE!!!! Kat:D
Yeahhp the fourth one is HORRENDOUS. The biggest mistake the teams from 4 and 5 did were using cgi instead of practical effects like the first 2 movies. But they are all entertainning as f.
@@thedragon12That's actually interesting, because if you search for it, you'll see they had massive practical effects.
Definitely react to the rest in this franchise!
@@thedragon12FD5 was the best of the franchise, 100/100
Kat: “If something happens to his plane I’ll never fly again”
Us: 😳😳
Just wait til 2.

😂😂
"Officers Shrek and Donkey are there..!" That one got me! 😅😂🤣
Me too
It’s actually a reference to actor Max Schrek, most famous for portraying Count Orlok in the 1922 silent horror Nosferatu. But yeah, the Shrek joke is kinda funny.
Watch the whole franchise! These movies are so fun and the deaths get crazier.
3rd one is good but after that the rest suck…
I was going to suggest not going past four, if only for the deaths
@stygggian I heard they are making 6 now... Not sure if it's a rumor but
You beat me to it, Ivano.

Kat is reacting exactly how the writer's wanted the viewers to react. Not wondering if someone was going to die, but how they were going to die.
Yep, and in which order
Fun fact: This movie actually began as a concept for an X Files episode. If you rewatch it knowing that, you can tell that the FBI agents were originally going to be Mulder and Scully. One is more open to believing Alex while the other is much more skeptical.
After all the supernational things Scully has seen, wouldn't it be TWO BELIEVING agents by then?😂
Fun fact: Two X-Files writers wrote the third Final Destination movie.
You should watch the sequels. This movie is the one that ended up making me look at everything and consider the danger level. "Nah, that's a Final Destination waiting to happen."
These movies save lives.
Same.
yes
Whenever I see a truck carrying logs I keep a diiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiistance.😅
Kat trying to guess what going to happen tickled me. "Death by botulism" had me cackling! 🤣 You should definitely continue the series. The opening of 2 literally traumatized a generation. 😬
I don't know why but that was such a far fetched comment, it had me cracking up!
I thought- “death by fancy feast?”
More than one generation
Love the fact that they made Tony Todd a recurring character in this franchise.
Tony Todd should be a regular in more movie franchises.
The man is a treasure!
@@ShatteredTrousers Love Tony Todd, obviously as Candyman ("Be my victim!") and as Scare Glow in Masters of the Universe: Revelation. :D OH and he's Venom in the new Spider-Man 2 video game! :D
@@carn9507 And Slyrak in Dota Dragon's Blood (for the 20 people who care lol).
Did everyone spot Tony Todd in Part 3 ? He's hard to spot...😅
@@thomasjones4265He's the voice at the rollercoaster.
"It's Groundhog Day, but in a horror movie!" Oh, you absolutely need to watch the horror/comedy movie Happy Death Day! You would love it.
I second this!!!
Yes! One of my favorite horror comedies
I knew I should have looked further into the comments before writing the same thing haha
*"You are gayyyyyyyy!!"* never fails to get me cracking up. 😂😂😂
Happy Death Day 2U is also pretty good, although is a little different to the first (although I found the difference entertaining).
22:25 I was giggling throughout all the predictions for the teacher's death. If Kat had said, 'Giant Killer Wombat,' I would have been utterly free of surprise. 🙂
the tension of predicting the deaths as the get set up is why this movie has so many sequels, they really lean into it in the later movies.
How to scare Kat:
Step 1: Open a door.
The End.
Step 1: Exist
...or a window.
The song “Rocky Mountain High,” which you heard in the bathroom scenes, was by John Denver, who died in a plane crash.
Which is mentioned in the film, btw
"Skeleton's not my decor" she says with a creepy doll right behind her
Fun fact: This was originally supposed to be an episode of The X-Files but never got made. So they turned it into a movie instead.
I heard that people wanted as a movie
LMAO "Speaking of titties, let me call her!" Toooo funny!!!
Add "The Faculty" to your list! Lots of big stars before they were big stars, quite a few established horror icons, and some of the best character actors in that film! Elijah Wood, Jordana Brewster, Josh Hartnett, Famke Janssen, Salma Hayek, Robert Patrick, Usher, Jon Stewart, Piper Laurie, and a lot more!
I couldn't agree with you more. Not sure where it's available for streaming tho. I'm in Canada so it might be easier to find in the US.
I agree. This should definitely be one that Kat watches. It’s just soooo much fun and,I think, the only movie where I didn’t mind the extensive CGI at all.
Oh yeah. The Faculty. Excellent cast, and the "what a twist" ending is pretty epic.
I love original concepts from stale tropes kinda movies. I rate this one with Nigh Of The Creeps as far as entertainment goes.
Yeah, that's another one Kat should react to: Night Of The Creeps.
@@kiillabytez That’s another one of my favorites.I would love for Kat to thrill me by watching that one.
I've binged all your videos and now have reached the point where I have to actually wait for them weekly. So hard 😂 I love your reactions so much!!
Same! Even my husband asked me why she only foes 1 movie per week. We love her, she cracks us up 😂😂😂
@@andieolson5693 Yes!! It's the hardest to wait!! 😆
Haha! Same here!! She's so amazing yeah? 😊
I will never forget the reaction in the theater when the girl gets hit by the bus.😂😂😂
I will never hear John Denver the same way again.👍
A little side note, the agent Shrek was actually named after actor Max Shreck, who portrayed the original version of Nosferatu. The movie Shrek hadn't come out yet. Actually many of the characters' names are from old famous horror movie actors and directors. Awesome reaction!
24:59 "Dude..."
"Where's my car?" That was quick. A+
Am I the only one that would like to be a fly on the wall at a nice Saturday party when Kat is telling a funny story about something that happened last week? She's so entertaining.
She could really just vlog herself doing the most mundane tasks and I would be entertained by how funny she is! One of my best friends is just like that, love having her in my life!
She's a great entertainer
She really makes you feel like you’re hanging out with her. Kat’s facial expressions are the best
I'm so hyped for the Final Destination reactions in the future🎉
"Dude"
where's my car?
Flippin hilarious.
My new favorite reactor.
Kat is literally the comedic genius friend you want on your team when the rl horror movie turns on.
"Speaking of titties.. I should call her ".. OMFG! I'm dying ! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣💯💯💯
I absolutely love you and your channel! 😂 And I wanted to let you know just how much watching these videos makes me laugh and helps me escape from my daily life as of lately. My dad died a few months ago, and now my mom was just diagnosed with dementia and is in the hospital. But just wanted you to know how much your videos mean to me right now. Sooooo many thanks to the awesomeness that is you!
Kat is so witty & charming it's such a joy watching her hilarious reactions.
Your a national treasure ❤
The Burnings a great horror film.
I'd watch you react to the whole franchise but you should definitely watch the second one. The rest are optional for me.
and the 3rd one 👉🏼👈🏼
the third one is a must watch, definitely
@@BrohhammIs the third one the one where the bridge collapses?
Edit: My dumb azz looked it up and the third one is the one with the roller coaster…
These deaths are so much fun to watch!😀
@@josebrown5961 sorry i just saw this but yeah the 3rd ones the roller coaster movie. After the second i think this is my favorite one 🤣
Kat I give this reaction 10 Knife Blocks on the Edge of Counters out of 10 Silent Buses Going Mach Three!
The sequels are absolutely worth a watch, they all fit right into the “fun horror” category too. Plus they usually introduce a twist to the rules to keep things fresh…hope you get to them!
I think "The Strangers" is a movie that would really get under your skin. You should really watch that! Anyways thanks for the content!
What was really upsetting about that movie was that the villains won
She might not be ready for that one haha
I love the timing of this video, considering the whole thing that happened last week with the woman on the plane.
"That motherf*cker back there is NOT REAL!" 😂😂
29:03 nice Bernie insert
👏👏 Extra points for "Candyman" recognition.
Another GREAT Reaction Kat.
Luv ya👍
"Dude.......where's my car?" 🤣 Liking the the humour you're bringing to your reactions, keep it up.
Todd: rope, neck, choke, dead.
Terry: Bus, splat, dead.
Valerie: stabbed in the neck with glass, stumbles around bleeding out, gets caught in shrapnel from an exploding bottle, gets stabbed through the chest, while she's dying a chair falls over and rams the knife deeper, and then the building explodes.
Billy: Metal shrapnel, chop, dead.
Oh, by the way; Valerie was played by the wife of one of the writers. (=
she also wrote an x-files ep.
I love your vibe and personality. Very authentic, genuine person. Love the movie reactions 💯🖤
As an Australian, I can safely say Kat's Australian accent is awfully adorable... X D
You’ve so quickly turned into my favourite reactor honestly, the facial expressions 😂
24:51 I was already a huge fan of yours Kat, but now you've won me completely over! Keep up the excellent horror movie reactions!
I mean this as a compliment, you have the best reaction face i have ever seen. 😅
I love the tension in this movie. The paranoia is top notch. Any second something could happen. Any little thing could somehow lead to a horrible accident. These movies get more and more outrageous as they go on but I think 1 and 2 are great.
The REAL horror of Final Destination 2 is that Kat hasn’t seen it yet! Can’t wait 😆
FD2 is a fan favorite of the whole series. Even the behind the scenes footage of how they planned and executed the entire highway crash sequence. IF this one stops you from flying, FD2 will have you join the ranks who've seen it, and will NEVER follow a logging truck! Always great reaction! And Happy Birthday !
💯
29:17 "USE CODE: PLEASE" 😂
My first time watching a reaction of yours and you were very entertaining trying to guess how they would die. You just got a subscriber. ❤❤❤
I’m watching your reaction while everyone else in my house is asleep and I laughed and snorted so loud @4:29 when you said “Not the Whoppers!” I’m sure I woke someone up 😂.
Proud of you that you knew Candy Man as soon as you saw him.
Kat you brighten my days and I love your videos! Thanks for existing ❤
Love that these movies are shot in the Vancouver area of BC, where i grew up. The writers of this movie James Wong and Glen Morgan also wrote the 1995 TV show Space: Above and Beyond that The female teacher actress Kristen Cloke was a star on, that's where she met Glen Morgan and later married him
Your reations are the only ones where I catch myself laughing out loud
It's a crime that I found about your channel recently and I been binge watching your videos just so I can be caught up. Quality funny scream queen goodness.
I was just so caught up in Kat's reaction I put my cigarette out in my coffee.
Hey Kat! I’ve been subbed to your channel for a few months now but I’ve never commented on any videos lol. I did just want to let you know that you have brought me a lot of laughter & joy during some really dark times. I do have depression & anxiety & turn to RUclips a lot for a distraction and sometimes comfort. I have definitely laughed out loud and smiled watching your videos on days when literally nothing else could elicit that response from me. Also, I love how professionally edited/presented your videos are; way better than some of these “big” reaction channels. Please keep up the great work and I look forward to more videos! 💖💖💖
“Officer Shrek & Donkey are there.” 😂😂😂 priceless
36:22 'They've baitin deatfh' 😆
Fun Fact: most of the characters last names are references to famous classic Hollywood directors and horror icons
You should definitely watch at least parts 2 and 3. These have always been my favorite flix. Love your reactions! ❤️
I didn't expect you to say 'Where's my car?' I nearly pissed myself. 😂
Censoring the double birds with grim reapers 😂
Fun stuff thanks for the laughs on my lunch break 🙏
I remember seeing this in the theater and the bus jumpscare got me so good. It got cheers and an almost standing ovation😂
The bus trope hadn’t been overdone then. I remember you watching the “making of” back in the day. They said the sequence that follows with Alex dropping an alka-seltzer was added on after the first screening because the audience took so long to recover from the bus scene that they missed about a minute of dialogue 🥸
True!
One of the best sequels ever.
I second that. Part 2 is my favorite of this franchise. Cant wait for it.
"Officer Shrek and Donkey" 😂😂😂
Awwww it warmed my heart that you popped Mitten Bernie in there for a second! ☺
Well, this was entertaining. I give you extra credit for the Dude, Where's my Car joke. You should definitely watch the second one, it is a movie that traumatized a whole generation. Random fact that was the movie that first introduced me to AC/DC.
What makes this film brilliant is that when you know what to look for, you begin to see any rather ordinary thing as suddenly sinister and a potential threat. The movie plays on that, and it is done to great effect. Fun fact, the premise for the film started off as a potential X-files episode, and they saw the potential to make it a whole movie.
Your videos bring me so much comfort! I looove horror movies, and I love your reactions 🤣 definitely a new fave RUclipsr! ❤️🩸
"Officer Shrek and Donkey are there." Man I love Kat!!! 😂😂😂
So glad I recently found your channel. You're an absolute delight! I'm curious though, are you going to watch sequels to anything you've seen on the channel?
She should do all of it cos there's going to be a 6th sequel
@@SaRENRampaiger well, I noticed she hasn't done any sequel to any film she has watched yet. Not a single one. Just the first films of franchises.
You had it all right on the Teachers demise. Still my hero 💖
Officer shrek and donkey are there 😂😂😂 I fully choked on my dr.pepper, you kills me kat! ❤
16:10 Yep, the Candyman, he also plays Worf's brother in Star Trek: The Next Generation.
It’s always a good day to see you uploaded a new reaction video. Your reactions are so funny and relatable. Would love to see a reaction to As Above So Below. ( my favorite horror movie )
I can only vouch for Final Destination 1-3. They are fun and manage to thread the line of keeping it a little fresh and not going too far from the original formula that works.
As for more horror movies, one that I don't see get enough love is 'House' (specifically the 1985 title starring William Katt). It's labeled as a horror-comedy, but definitely leans more on the spooky side of storytelling.
Love your reactions, and look forward to more scares & screams. :D
Oooh, House was such an old school classic. Loved it as a child, but almost nobody seems to know that movie, despite it being a really nice horror comedy. Definitely a recommendation indeed.
You know, I can't think of this movie anymore without thinking of a show called "Dead Like Me." The main characters are "Reapers," specifically working in the "accidental death" department, and their job is to collect people's souls right before an accident gets them. The accidents are all pretty comedically Rube Goldbergian, caused by little creatures called Gravelings. In one of the episodes, the Gravelings take a day off, so with no one dying, the Reapers catch up on their paperwork, and the main character comments, over a montage of people doing some truly Darwin-award-winning things, "Death is like sex in high school. If you knew how often you'd missed it, you'd go crazy."
I’ve noticed over several of your reactions that you say what “the real horror” of the movie is….I deeply enjoy those moments :)
You should check out more classics like Rosemary's baby, and more recent classics in the making like Crimson Peak. Really loving your reactions on here.🥰
My number one memory from this movie is when “Into the Void” from Nine Inch Nails plays just because it has “final destination” in the lyrics.
Still love that song so much! I instantly recognize it from that very first xylophone sound. NIN was my first concert!
@@Wraiven22 My favorite band!
You've got a new subscriber with that agent shrek and donkey line 😂😂😂😂 👊🏾
I love your predictions for the deaths just absolutely amazing 👏 😂
For another Tony Todd horror movie, try the 1990 remake of Night of the Living Dead. Unlike most remakes it had heavy input from the original creator (George Romero) and was directed by the guy that did the makeup effects for Romero's Dawn of the Dead (As well as a ton of other horror movies, like Friday the 13th and Creepshow)
You should check out Disturbing Behavior next, Kat! It's another late-90s high school horror movie that's kind of an underappreciated classic, imo.
I agree. I loved that movie back in the day. Been awhile since I watched it.
I loooooove that movie!
@@LiirThropp2687 I haven't seen it in ages, but I had it on constant loop after it came out - it turned into a weird sort of comfort movie for me, oddly lol
For those who don’t know, the FBI agent named Schrek is actually a reference to actor Max Schrek, most famous for portraying the vampire Count Orlok in the 1922 silent horror film Nosferatu.
Out of all of your review videos that I have watched, this one cracked me up the most!!!
The first three movies are amazing though there are 5 of them and the 6th one is coming out soon though they are keeping the story and premise a secret for now. By the way no one knows what gives them the visions which is kinda frustraiting but I am guessing that some where out there some of the angels disagree with death's plans and decide to give those that are on the list a fighting chance as it were. Tony Todd is amazing and always creepy in most of his movies that I have seen exept for the movie Wishmaster because there he was a side character.
I always imagined that they’re just precogs with latent psychic abilities that give them a flash of the future as they’re approaching death, as a survival instinct
@@Wraiven22 I don't subscribe to the "The Matrix is Real" theories, but having said that, I always sort of viewed the premonitions as sort of glitches in the Matrix. When death sets a new plan in motion, reality glitches with little echoes of the change.
Please watch the whole franchise!
officer shrek and donkey. EXCUISE ME I AM CHOKING ON MY VAPE ahahaha
Hi Kat I am a recent subscriber and I just wanted to say I love your reactions. I look forward to them every week. Also I mean this in a strictly complimentary way, you have a fantastic smile. Can't wait for the next reaction!
Hopefully you watch the sequels
The first one I ever watched was the third one, because the DVD had an awesome "choose their fate" feature.
You could choose between two different options at various points in the movie and try to save the character's lives.
Often the "good" ends were the deaths from the theatrical cut, but the bad ends were nastier and gorier.
@ShatteredTrousers I can't remember if the first one I watched was the first or the third one, because as a kid I remember my sister watching the 3rd one and i walked in on the roller coaster scene and got so fucking scared. but, i also watched the first one on TV at some point, and it was probably at around the same time.
@@ShatteredTrousers I remember that DVD feature and loved it. Had some friends over and we did a drinking game out of it. I think we called it a "Chose their destiny" party.
@@Smokie_666 That's awesome, I love that!
I hope you didn't choose the lame option to make the kids not ride the rollercoaster, so they go home safely and the movie is over. 😅
Kat please watch The Skeleton Key (2005) AND The Autopsy of Jane Doe (2016). Both are SO good. You won’t regret it!
I literally only stick to 4 " reactor" channels in terms of weekly viewing, sub, comment etc. and Kat has definitely made that a " Go To 5" 🥰🤙🏻 keep up the great work!!
Classic Kat one-liner #1387: "And she's gone...into the night...with her nice outfit." Great reaction as per usual. If you want to see a great Devon Sawa horror film from a few years ago, he did one called "Hunter Hunter".
HI THE FILMSPODCAST!!! HAHA. “Classic one-liner #1387” made me laugh out loud. It was a great outfit right??? I feel like that’s how I always wanted to dress!! THANK YOU FOR BEING HERE AND ALSO FOR YOUR SUPER THANKS!!! And ALSO for the suggestion. I don’t think I’ve heard of Hunter Hunter? GOOGLING! Kat:D
Kat needs to watch 2017's "The Void." The best H.P. Lovecraft cosmic horror movie ever made. Made by a couple of kids who were FX artists and crowd funded they made monsters on par with "The Thing" and "The Fly" for pennies on the dollar. And they are every inch as believable. And like any good Lovecraft story we the audience are never quite told what the hell is going on here. We are thrust into the narrative along with the characters. Highly recommended.
The best is debateable.
The Beyond was a lot more fun to watch IMHO.
@@ephraimwinslow Nah, that wasn't as deathly serious as The Void. There was "camp" in the Beyond. Tongue in cheek humor. This is hard Lovecraft.
@@williambeckett6336
The trouble is that best is a subjective title in this case.
We're competing for the title of best overall cosmic horror themed HP Lovecraft adaptation, and depending on what you prioritize in terms of overall enjoyment you can give it to:
The campy, colorful & sexy one.
Or the deathly serious and dark one.
YMMV.
@@williambeckett6336
Also if we're talking humorless and straight laced cosmic horror?
It's not Lovecraft so much as Lovecraftian, but The Endless was a really good one too.
@@ephraimwinslow Well I still stand by "they made monsters on par with "The Thing" and "The Fly"" The creatures and horror are truly cosmic.
Yes, please watch the sequels. I like all of them, but part 4 is my LEAST favorite & part 5 is my favorite.
I like the way you put this. I think that would be a good way to clarify my feelings on the franchise. Not that a certain movie in the series is "bad," but maybe that a certain one is "the least good" and another is "the best."
Yay! Been waiting for a new upload. You rock kat 🤗
My recommendation is the gymnastics scene in THE Final Destination (I think its part 5). It's about as perfect a scene as I've ever seen in the movie theater. The set up. The score. The tension. The misdirection. The "act". The entire theater screamed.
You can skip 4, but the rest are super fun. But honestly, watch them all they are all fun and messed up. 2 is the one that has given more PTSD to people, though, with its opening scene
You ALWAYS have something very funny to say in every video. Oh, but this time . . . "Dude, where's my car?" Chef's kiss on that one.
Dad jokes get an automatic like from me! 😆 Also good reactions and nice movie choices! 👍
This is EXACTLY what I'm looking for when I want to watch a movie reaction.... REAL reactions with comedic commentary.... Thanks for sharing with the internet. Watching movies with you in r/l must be a BLAST!
