Me and my family, we are greatful for your coming to Seattle, Washington. We were able to get passports and ID. You saved us a couple of thousands of dollars.

I thought Yemen was under the Kenya Embassy in Saudi.
Madam PS, there is this issue about mental health that is always overlooked. For those going and those coming back regardless whether through deportation or a legal exit.

As a diasporian this is just another useless political docket that duplicates the roles deserved to Foreign ministry and Kenyan embassies abroad. What we lack is responsible officials and work ethics as a whole, which is a challenge to entire country population.
Even with this whole docket and as the good lady is ringing bell of success, kenyans are being duped millions daily in the name od jobs in diaspora because her office can't creat a portal where kenyans should go to confirm the legitimacy of both agency and job offers abroad. Create systems and work ethics in the country first we kenyans out here have branded and are marketing our country reputation to greater height. The governance issue is our biggest enemy

Some of us asked for it. We need it because we understand the value of it. It seems you don't understand what it means. You are reasoning like a politician, not a business personality

Registered Agencies are found in the National Employment Authority portal.

@jdawa6569 kindly awaken my business mindset my business mogul friend. Tell me how this docket is promoting kenyan brand, business wise let alone improve the confidence of kenyans abroad?
I was among the team who met I.Kang'ata in Seattle back in 2019 in deliberation to this matter, the intent was great but could have been better if we stream lined the system in place first!

@molotovcocktail4207 that's a very great point but not accurate

You as a gk you need to follow up on this people who travel to especially Saudi Arabia (domestic workers) okay we have those who run away carelessly but most of them are because of problems they're facing. For example you go to a home where by someone has to work as a househelp and, the boss has children with disabilities, old age also sick and what's funny this people will expect this house maid to take care of the house at the same time at this other mentioned, now tell me what can this person do? When you complain to the agent they don't take any action on the other hand the boss tells you I bought you to do the work for me 😢and the work is overwhelming, tell me! This are some of the reasons domestic workers run away.
And those videos you're talking about have helped many to be rescued. Don't just talk because you don't know this people

The problem is that most of the people who face such challenges have not gone to the country via recognized and registered agencies. Then embassies or consulate therefore don't have data on these people and it becomes harder to help them
