I think you should ask men their personal experiences dating.. not just men you think are attractive because women are definitely not decent when it comes to rejection. I told a woman I wasnt trying to hit on her and she said she's was not worried about that in such an obviously sarcastic way, it completely bruised my ego but I'm a man so I walked it off and kept on...
in that case by your logic, women who do most of the rejection since they do most of the choosing must be the ones who bring the problems when they get into relationships.
“Lets go with the flow” This is not true its just that guys are not going to plan their life with a stranger just because he finds her attractive. Getting to know someone first is our interpretation of going with the flow and if we lose interest we move on. A guy i liked alot ghosted me this summer. I tried to reaching out to him a few times. He never called me back or responded. But he continues to watch my ig story even reacted to my pictures a few times. About 2 weeks ago he texts me a video of myself he took while we were on a date. @@tcsgirl6865 A greater way is to use discernment. Some men will agree and try to break you down, too. I think you should set clear boundaries from the start and see if they respect them. I put myself in a bad situation this way, doing things I said I wouldn't do, slowly compromising. I didn't sleep with him, but did things which made him think I was going to and I was, but God saved me from my own self and I'm forever grateful. He broke up with me and came back a year later. Knowing the real reason that he left and not being as dumb and naive as before, I put up boundaries and didn't want to kiss him and meet in public places, trying to guard and protect myself from going too far (i.e., not putting myself in vulnerable situations). I wanted to talk to him about these boundaries and I got ghosted after this.

I was so hurt when a guy I liked ghosted me, he treated me so badly, and ever since then, I can't hang out with men anymore. Not only did he ghost me, but he kept telling me how he really liked me, he forced me to admit my feelings for him by telling me he liked me first. I wish he would have just been honest, now I can't deal with the disrespect. It'd not the fact that he didn't like me, but the fact that he used me, ;ed me on, strung me along, love bombed me, used me to make other girls jealous, and manipulated the fuck out of me. There is a lot more to the story but he traumatised me so bad, I haven't been able to get close to guys ever since. He made me more of a coward, made me feel like having etiquette with people was weird. He messed me up a lot and took advantage of me at a really hard time in my life. I haven't been able to see myself the same way ever since. I was really open and honest for the first time. I empathise with anyone going through this. EDIT: Guys, I haven't replied to every comment yet even though I want to, but I want you guys to know, I think that the support that has been demonstrated for each woman in this comments section is truly uplifting and beautiful. Omgosh I can so relate to this. Your experience is identical to mines. ☹️ He manipulated the hell out of me too and I ended up giving him money all the time because I was in love with him. He forced me to admit that I liked him first and it went downhill from there... I'm also traumatised....hopefully we can both get over this soon and start trusting men again. A man ghosting is a blessing in disguise so many men have wasted my time and then decided to change their mind about me after me investing time into seeing them and getting to know them for months so it's better when a guy decides early on that he's not interested enough in you to stay in contact with you and keep seeing you.
That happened to me too. I was so confused. I decided that he was unreliable. Sometimes you want to be around, but at any given moment you can decide otherwise without having to communicate it.

This happened to me a year ago. He was the first serious love for me and we were in a situationship. I was so sure about him. All of a sudden he started acting strange. A couple months after i found out he was still in love with his ex. I cried for months, knowing i was his rebound whilst for me he meant so much. 1,5 years later I am mature enough to know that it was not my fault and im never blaming myself again for being rejected. He cant be alone and i know he has dated other girls. He just cant be single. I still think about him from time to time because i havent found anyone else that it just clicked with. Omg, I'm litteraly in the same exact situation. I fell for a guy hard over the summer, and it took me so long to realize that he was not good for me. He didn't treat me well and I kept making excuses and pretending it was fine. He was really careless with my emotions and would play games with me. We would frequently get into petty arguments and I would cry and be so stressed. He ended up blocking me and I cried for days. I knew I deserved so much better, and he wasn't capable of treating me the way I deserved to be treated. I'm so happy he isn't in my life anymore, because my mental health is so much better now, and I'm happier! I know someone is out there for me, and they won't ever make me question how they feel about me. They will be there for me even when things get tough. I know what I don't want now, and he showed me how I shouldn't be treated. I will never settle for someone who doesn't put in effort to show that they care for me ever again!

If they ghost you, ghost them back and DO NOT UNBLOCK THEM FROM ANYTHING. Remember why you blocked them in the first place once you start feeling sentimental and go back and forth with the decision whether you should unblock them
Breeny this reminds me of one of my favorite songs, named "unanswered prayers " despite it being a country song, the lyrics are amazing. Garth Brooks sings about bumping into a woman he used to date and how he'd pray God would keep that woman in his life, but seeing how the woman didn't turn out all that great, he thanked God ultimately for not answering his prayers back then, but instead giving him a different woman that's now his wife. 😍 it's a sweet song that lays out how rejection is Gods protection.

I have never felt rejected..for some reason I always go beyond the guy's words and exterior and overanalyze.. oh that guy is scared, intimidated, struggling..etc and all of a sudden I am in my wonder woman suit getting ready to rescue the poor guy (who does not give a daaaamn about me) wasting my time and mental energy on someone who never asked for my help! ok so what ill say is that as i read these comments alot of people have advice that seems to be pretty common. YES. on the outside looking in you can always tell someone what to do and how their worth isnt tied to someone else's view of them and be glad that person ghosted, etc. this is all true but also (not for everyone) but i see alot of judgement as well. When we are in these situations we know right from wrong but we also are human and make mistakes. to anyone that has ever felt worthless not enough , etc im not here to judge you, i am here to tell you i have been there and have experienced it as well. YOU are human and it is okay to experience pain and confusion in the moment. my one gem is to try not to dwell on it too long, continue to focus on your growth and development, and eventually when the dust settles you will see alot more clear. YOU CAN do it !

Last year I had a date, didn’t feel it, was gutted, but I still met up with the guy in person and let him know that... I cried I felt so bad and because I was so disappointed and yeah it hurt him but he was so grateful I had the decency to do it to his face!! I’ve just been talking to a guy for 2 months, he didn’t want to meet up yet because of covid and I was looking for a job so I was cool with that. Then as soon as we said about meeting up and I expressed that I was looking forward to it... GONE GHOST. Why does this keep happening to me?!
This is interesting because i was watching a similar thing but reasons for why women ghost and the explanation are the same lol. This suggest that men and women are more alike than we think. Personally as a man i’ve been ghosted on many times from women and understanding the potential reasons makes it easier to accept. The only thing missed on this vid if i’m not mistaken is depression someone could died etc and also because it has now been normalised and i find myself ghosting because i am put off the girl and since it was done to me i just do the same to her. Personally i love the dating game because its full of rewards and challenges. Lastly people prefer rejection in different ways and personally i feel the ego would be stroked regardless. Rejection is a notification that reminds me to step up my game.
This is so relatable. I remember the first guy I loved, we were knew eachother for 6 years, he was a few years older, then he started to pursue me. I had heared let him chase so I kinda rejected him but not really. Then 1 year later he was engaged. My heart lol, was shattered. I was so naive younger , men always overlapp/talk to multiple women. And they sometimes do this to amazing women who has learned to love herself or who has selfrespect. It also happens that after a few years after they ghosted you years earlier, one day they contact you again out of nowhere pretending like nothing happened or when they finally releaze that they lost an amazing woman but then its already too late or they try to repair the trust and friendship with a woman who loved him because he catched feelings himself but the woman already choose another partner or the feelings on her part are dead and her interest in him is already gone.

Why I ghosted her: there was no resolution between us after a year of trying. She has a long-time male best friend who she friend-zoned but who is still hoping after seven years to hook up with her attached to her hip like a conjoined twin who she refuses to cut the cord with him and put some healthy space between them. He continually tells her it probably won't work out between us, anyway, and insists she stay loyal to him. (They are the same race and I am a different race than them). She continually chooses him over me, and makes it obvious that he's more important to her - but strings me along. He lives with her in a reserved spare room in her house at least six months of the year every year (for at least three years now - when he's not living at his parents house in another country) and they text constantly everyday regardless of where he is, and he plans on that situation continuing until they are old and there's only the two of them, making it apparent they are a packaged deal for life, regardless - even if we marry. And all signs from her show that she's in agreement with his life-long plans. (And it not working out between us just proves him right.) He's atheist and I'm Christian. He mocks Christianity and God often but anything about sin and apologizing for him being rude, verbally abusive and offending her to the point of her crying and I'm being judgmental and she's guilt-tripping him. (She lies and covers for him and his behavior often.) And worst of all, she profusely and even boldly and blatantly says "G-ddamn" - even after knowing it's a definite deal-breaker for me, and then boldly claims she doesn't say curse words (when she has vids of her making that claim and of her boldly saying that curse word). It just wasn't getting better or working out. But damn is she fine, tho. But that's just way too much bs for me. And talking about it multiple times throughout an entire year did nothing to improve or change anything. I felt I had to walk away, and it best for me to just wash my hands of the whole situation. But she seemed happiest the times she and I were getting along well. And I loved seeing her happy. It's not easy just walking away.
So sorry for this situation you had to deal with. It sounds like you really care for her. But I also read that you know her relationship with the other guy is not right, and I agree. She needs to choose and by all her actions she's not going to let him go, nor he her. Just a thought but I wonder if he'd pursue her so hard if you weren't in her life anymore, no competition to him... maybe he just enjoys the game of "winning". But yes they are too close and you will suffer for as long as she keeps the three of you in a relationship. Relationships are made for two. Friends are ok but everything you stated tells me there is more than friendly interest between them. She needs to choose.

TRUTH 🙏🏼👏🏼 Well I do believe that the reason „they just don‘t like you enough, that‘s why they ghost“ is true for sure but my experience with men has showed me that most of them really aren‘t ready for a relationship, that‘s why they fuck around and „search for the right one“, but no girl will be enough for them because they‘re not ready for commitment, even if they think they are. I have a theory that some people ghost in order to “keep the door open”, whilst not having to commit or even engage with the other person. It’s a way to make themselves believe they have “options”.

They have discovered, that the easiest way for them to access Sex is to lie to a Girls face, make her thing that you are interested in her and then have the Sex. I have faced a lot of these situations. I however, never seem to be asked out on dates. Its always hanging out as I am friendly. I try to ask sometimes too but it never gets done. I end up in physical situations. I just want it to stop. I don't think anything is wrong with me, but so far a lot are due to guys getting over ex-girlfriends. @@tcsgirl6865 A greater way is to use discernment. Some men will agree and try to break you down, too. I think you should set clear boundaries from the start and see if they respect them. I put myself in a bad situation this way, doing things I said I wouldn't do, slowly compromising. I didn't sleep with him, but did things which made him think I was going to and I was, but God saved me from my own self and I'm forever grateful. He broke up with me and came back a year later. Knowing the real reason that he left and not being as dumb and naive as before, I put up boundaries and didn't want to kiss him and meet in public places, trying to guard and protect myself from going too far (i.e., not putting myself in vulnerable situations). I wanted to talk to him about these boundaries and I got ghosted after this.

I was so hurt when a guy I liked ghosted me, he treated me so badly, and ever since then, I can't hang out with men anymore. Not only did he ghost me, but he kept telling me how he really liked me, he forced me to admit my feelings for him by telling me he liked me first. I wish he would have just been honest, now I can't deal with the disrespect. It'd not the fact that he didn't like me, but the fact that he used me, ;ed me on, strung me along, love bombed me, used me to make other girls jealous, and manipulated the fuck out of me. There is a lot more to the story but he traumatised me so bad, I haven't been able to get close to guys ever since. He made me more of a coward, made me feel like having etiquette with people was weird. He messed me up a lot and took advantage of me at a really hard time in my life. I haven't been able to see myself the same way ever since. I was really open and honest for the first time. I empathise with anyone going through this.

This happened to me a year ago. He was the first serious love for me and we were in a situationship. I was so sure about him. All of a sudden he started acting strange. A couple months after i found out he was still in love with his ex. I cried for months, knowing i was his rebound whilst for me he meant so much. 1,5 years later I am mature enough to know that it was not my fault and im never blaming myself again for being rejected. Omg, I'm litteraly in the same exact situation. I fell for a guy hard over the summer, and it took me so long to realize that he was not good for me. He didn't treat me well and I kept making excuses and pretending it was fine. He was really careless with my emotions and would play games with me. We would frequently get into petty arguments and I would cry and be so stressed. He ended up blocking me and I cried for days. I knew I deserved so much better, and he wasn't capable of treating me the way I deserved to be treated. I'm so happy he isn't in my life anymore, because my mental health is so much better now, and I'm happier! I know someone is out there for me, and they won't ever make me question how they feel about me. They will be there for me even when things get tough. I know what I don't want now, and he showed me how I shouldn't be treated. I will never settle for someone who doesn't put in effort to show that they care for me ever again!

This is interesting because i was watching a similar thing but reasons for why women ghost and the explanation are the same lol. This suggest that men and women are more alike than we think. Personally as a man i’ve been ghosted on many times from women and understanding the potential reasons makes it easier to accept. The only thing missed on this vid if i’m not mistaken is depression someone could died etc and also because it has now been normalised and i find myself ghosting because i am put off the girl and since it was done to me i just do the same to her. Trust me it’s too early now to say get over him... but trust me..you will look back years later and realize that leaving this disrespectful man is better for you and your kids. Why I ghosted her: there was no resolution between us after a year of trying. She has a long-time male best friend who she friend-zoned but who is still hoping after seven years to hook up with her attached to her hip like a conjoined twin who she refuses to cut the cord with him and put some healthy space between them. He continually tells her it probably won't work out between us, anyway, and insists she stay loyal to him. (They are the same race and I am a different race than them). She continually chooses him over me, and makes it obvious that he's more important to her - but strings me along. He lives with her in a reserved spare room in her house at least six months of the year every year (for at least three years now - when he's not living at his parents house in another country) and they text constantly everyday regardless of where he is, and he plans on that situation continuing until they are old and there's only the two of them, making it apparent they are a packaged deal for life, regardless - even if we marry. And all signs from her show that she's in agreement with his life-long plans. (And it not working out between us just proves him right.) He's atheist and I'm Christian. He mocks Christianity and God often but anything about sin and apologizing for him being rude, verbally abusive and offending her to the point of her crying and I'm being judgmental and she's guilt-tripping him. (She lies and covers for him and his behavior often.) And worst of all, she profusely and even boldly and blatantly says "G-ddamn" - even after knowing it's a definite deal-breaker for me, and then boldly claims she doesn't say curse words (when she has vids of her making that claim and of her boldly saying that curse word). It just wasn't getting better or working out. But damn is she fine, tho. But that's just way too much bs for me. And talking about it multiple times throughout an entire year did nothing to improve or change anything. I felt I had to walk away, and it best for me to just wash my hands of the whole situation. But she seemed happiest the times she and I were getting along well. And I loved seeing her happy. It's not easy just walking away.
So sorry for this situation you had to deal with. It sounds like you really care for her. But I also read that you know her relationship with the other guy is not right, and I agree. She needs to choose and by all her actions she's not going to let him go, nor he her. Just a thought but I wonder if he'd pursue her so hard if you weren't in her life anymore, no competition to him... maybe he just enjoys the game of "winning". But yes they are too close and you will suffer for as long as she keeps the three of you in a relationship. Relationships are made for two. Friends are ok but everything you stated tells me there is more than friendly interest between them. She needs to choose.

TRUTH 🙏🏼👏🏼 Well I do believe that the reason „they just don‘t like you enough, that‘s why they ghost“ is true for sure but my experience with men has showed me that most of them really aren‘t ready for a relationship, that‘s why they fuck around and „search for the right one“, but no girl will be enough for them because they‘re not ready for commitment, even if they think they are. I think if someones really ready for a relationship, he/she will find beauty in many people or something that will hold on to them. Personally i behave differently. I have an F+ right now since 3 months. I told her on the First day that i wont commit. Im in University and in 2 years i finish that. And i dont know what will happen. Maybe im going to work in another country, maybe a different city. I dont know. But i dont want to to tie myself down to one option right now, because when i would commit i take it seriously. And she thanked me several times already, that i have been honest to her. She can search for her future husband and when she finds him, then she should be happy with him.

Y’all I just got done breaking down over someone that isn’t good for me and practically rejected my from the start but kept feeding me bread crumbs in Bree words and I kept chasing him 8 fucking month and after this break down I am officially good! Almost settled for a situationship with him smh your ultimate bad boy trying to be good out here and he was the only guy I was talking to. I have faced a lot of these situations. I however, never seem to be asked out on dates. Its always hanging out as I am friendly. I try to ask sometimes too but it never gets done. I end up in physical situations. I just want it to stop. I don't think anything is wrong with me, but so far a lot are due to guys getting over ex-girlfriends. I guess these rejections are good but same time its extremely emotionally draining.
