Excellent . I just bought a 2022 with 30 hours. Mine qualifies for harness. Do you think I can get up to 40 hours before I get the harness traded out? If it goes into the shop now for update my summer will be over and I’ve only ridden once . Hoping September and October in Georgia will mess hot. August pushing 100°
@@SteveAppel-r2o really depends...the recalled harness suffered from an issue with some of the splices and it's a crapshoot whether or not yours would we affected...I'd say get the recall done ASAP but if the ski is working fine, you can probably get it done at the end of the season
I just bought a 23 310LX after having a Sea doo 300 and GP SVHO. Never owned a Kawasaki ski, but after all the rave reviews, I had to try one. Also, the dealer discounted the 23 $5,500...can't beat that.
Sold it before ever putting it in the water. Odd circumstance, but got more than I paid for it. I'm on a rxt325 now. Still would like to try the ultra someday.
I have a 23 LXS310. I added the USB Port (easy install, cant believe its not standard). Also added the Kspeed pump wedge, ride plate and Endurance tune. 74/75 mph is how a 310 hp ski should perform. Finally got rid of the hardest hitting speed limiter of any brand
I do really like that Kawasaki green. I know you can’t do it, but if you took that deck off the back, it would essentially be an X but with a few more options.
Best warranty ,best hull, japan and American made, Best intercooler, supercharge.you want speed and sink go sea doo(at the lake😊)you want rough water best performance go kawi 300 and up..
Specifically designed to handle the immense output from the supercharged engine, the hull design enables 🏦 turning performances and penetrates swalls .
Probably best looking ski on the water, my 2011 is still going strong. #1 mod on these is dont recycle blowby in the catch can back to the sump! Plus throw the exhaust filter in the trash
I have that Kawi great ski but you are right they are very thirsty. Like the green sconces and the lower stickers. Don’t think you would see them much in the water
If you had to be a mile or more out in open ocean and you had to select a PWC to ensure you got home safe, which make and model and mods would you select?
@@justthisguy1948 okay. Insert correct distance and try to answer the question. I'm just wondering which setup is the "known" most reliable for ocean use.
@@CyberSamurai4Life I think they all are pretty reliable if I had to narrow it down I would take a Yamaha non supercharged I think fuel would be your biggest concern not reliability
The Ultra platform is the most reliable and durable, with no pump issues, no engine issues, no hull issues, doesn’t sink, doesn’t crack, doesn’t implode on itself. I ride mostly ocean, mostly offshore by myself. Wouldn’t trust anything but Ultra 310.
Im not a fan of the storage on these what so ever, they made the front compartment way too narrow! My 21 has room out the ying yang up front. As of range, i noticed if were cruising around 40mph and im on cruise control i will get decent range out of my tank vs my yamaha and seadoo friends! So its not the end of the world😊
I just bought the same ski but a 23. The problem that im having is that the stearing is very loose.. i called the dealer and they said that is normal. Do you have the same problem ? I understeand a bit of play but mine is very loose im afraid to hurt my wrist jumping waves..
I have owned Kawis for over 30 years. Everyone came from dealer with more steering play than I like. Dealers install handlebars onsight. Or did in the past due to shipping. If you are handy remove the steering covers. Remove the 4 bolts that hold the steering neck. Under that remove the pin and lock nut. There is a large round nut under the steering neck assembly. Remove the two allen screws and you can usually turn that round nut a bit to tighten your neck. I even drilled two new holes for the allen screws that locked that round nut to get a bit tighter on my Ultra. This will help but the tilt mechanism still has slop. Amazed Kawi has never improved this since 2007. But you don't really hear complaints of failures. Or go to JDs Waterworld and watch his video on swapping steering to a nice looking aftermarket setup.
@@dayanmederos6564 just bought leftover yam, he sells kaw, he said the kaw had steering issues, he sells both, i was already buying yam, really like the blk/gold kaw
He doesn’t own these Kawasaki sends him pre production units to ride and review for the year. I believe he at one point said he owns a couple skis he just doesn’t ride them in his videos
Nice ski!!🥸😅 200 hrs on my 2022 without a single issue other than maintenance and the wire harness issue, which was recalled and fixed.
Jd's in Da house 💪
You have very good Chanel .iam big fan
That sounds like two issues then. 😊

How do you like it after having the Seadoo and GP?

You will have to go down to florida and ride with Jd now!
The storage has grown on me. You can pack lots in the gull wings. I also have figured out how to finagle a soft cooler bag into the front hatch.
Great looking jetski Kevin! You know we love Kawi Green. Let’s ride soon
Finally a 24’ Kawasaki. Look for to seeing all that you do with it as the season roles along 👍
I have the same one, a twin I’m enjoying and loving it so much with the family!!
Excited!
Agree on the lights. Especially early morning or late afternoon before sunset. They really pop. Also help if you are docking or trailering late.

Love the green sponsons
No question if I had the previous years I would swap for the green ones!

love it but man kawi needs to bring something new to the table in terms of performance
Kspeeds endurance tune really wakes the ski up

Interested in trading in one of my 24 Yamaha FX SVHO for this ski - 2025. Can anyone tell me how this ski does in rough, choppy water?
Do you own any Ski or just classic cars ?

I haven’t personally owned a PWC in well over a decade.
It must suck to be you! New skis every year basically for free! Haha. Thanks for sharing your world with us!
Only ski id buy i like a thirsty big girl 😎
