Thanks man.. I was trying so many times by pressing volume up button.. But it was simple up button of the circular dial.
It worked perfectly. I was worried sick that something has happened to my left rear channel..

Having trouble with wifi still on a q990c bar. Can't use wifi at all. Can't update without it. My sub is behind a couch but its not too far from the tv and the bar. The q950a didn’t have this problem. Bluetooth is fine though.

Why my subwoofer go in stand by random?
I'm having an issue where my q990b is connected to my sony TV but randomly stops playing audio. The TV still recognizes the soundbar since I can change the hdmi source to my blu ray player that is connected to the soundbar hdmi in, but I get no audio sometimes when using the built in TV apps. I'm on version 1008
I had issues with sub disconnecting but that was because there was a couch in the way. Once we moved the couch, it stopped disconnecting. It's overall still frustrating since I paid $1800 for the soundbar and it's less reliable than my former cheap 2.1 soundbar
Maybe updating the soundbar will help but it's not showing the latest version(1010) on smartthings. Any recommendations?

Hi, can you please tell me why my rear speakers are opposite? Looking at the movie, what should have been in the right rear speaker is in the left and visa versa
I have same problem. Did you solve it?
Press the up button for 5 sec. However there is no remote with the Q990c and this method doesn't seem to work when pressing volume up on the bar. Any idea? My rears keep blinking blue
Same issue for me out of the box, did you ever find a resolution?
@@bigboi713 seemed my wife stashed the remote somewhere when we unboxed it. After we found it it was easy due the Bluetooth button. I advise ordering a remote from the Samsung site. Rears remain lower then the rest but acceptable now
It is The up buttom, not volume up

@@bigboi713It's not volume up button. It's Up button of the circle which will do the job.
He said hold "up".

To connect the speakers
