These things are,obviously,subjective,& a matter of taste,but for Minnesota I would've said Murray's steak house,which has been a Minneapolis institution since the 40s.Famous for their butter knife steak,their (partly) original decor,& a stellar wine list.
Wow, I was wondering what South Dakota's would be, and it turned out to be a restaurant from my very own hometown! My dad really likes The Pheasant. It's a restaurant that also has a bar. They've got lamb, duck, chicken, steak, burgers, fish, salads, sandwiches etc. So more or less everything, and they have live music much of the time too. Also don't miss out on Nick's Hamburger Shop, Pizza King's, and George's if you're in Brookings! Nick's has very unique burgers that are absolutely delicious. I would bet that no other burgers in the country taste even remotely like theirs. Pizza King was the first pizza restaurant in Brookings. Super oily pizza, but absolutely delicious! Thin flaky crust. It's a much more authentic pizza then you'll find at any pizza chain. George's is also a pizza restaurant, but they also serve Greek food. There is chicken, gyros, shrimp ect. Like with Pizza King, their pizza is also very oily, has a flaky thin crust, and is much more of an authentic pizza. It has a different taste then Pizza King, but is just as delicious.
Sorry, but Joe's Stone Crab in Miami Beach and Columbia in Tampa are far and away the most iconic restaurants in Florida, and they will remain so as long as their doors remain open.
If you're able to find these can you do a video of the top 50 funnest places in each state, like their beaches or game/amusement Park you know something 🤔? I hope you get my point in what I meant😅
I live in Birmingham, AL. Bright star is not that good. Honestly, most people in Birmingham have never eaten there. It is only recognizable for being the oldest restaurant. There are tons of better restaurants across the state that are a million times better. If you come to alabama, do NOT center your trip around going there.
Contigo in Texas is permanently closed...
@gg1136 It's sad to hear about Contigo closing. I really enjoyed Contigo.
The Idaho restaurant has been closed for years. Not the best research being done when pumping out these videos
@Dmacthemackdaddy 🙃🙃
A few of these restaurants are closed. Sadly, Contigo is one of them... Of all the juke joints....lol.
Sad to hear Contigo closed!

I appreciate the clip from "Superstore", one
of my favorite cancelled shows😨Thanks!!
@JaneDoe-ov1hb You're welcome! Superstore had such a unique charm, it's hard not to love it!
@BabbleTop Yeah,in my opinion it was such an underrated show, I miss it😵💫
@JaneDoe-ov1hb It's like losing a piece of ourselves when underrated shows go off🙃
The one for Hawaii does NOT count as iconic. It has many location is Japan and even has MULTIPLE restaurants in Mainland United States.
Unfortunately it seems from listings online, The Blue Raven restaurant named in Kentucky has permanently closed.
@GothicaFire88 It was a nice place. hopefully they bring it back soon!~🤞🏻
Sorry, but Joe's Stone Crab in Miami Beach and Columbia in Tampa are far and away the most iconic restaurants in Florida, and they will remain so as long as their doors remain open.
Guys Contigo not only closed… it’s been so long another new restaurant has opened and closed in the same space. lol
It was so nice to see a place like Wurst Bier Hall on the list. My aunt and uncle go there constantly since they live in Fargo.
Michigan most iconic eatery is actually Tony’s
@PZHER0 Tony's is indeed iconic! It's a must-visit spot in Michigan.🤘🏻

@jakeyphillips6755 It's a reminder that just because a restaurant has been around for a long time doesn't necessarily mean it's the best option.
@@BabbleTop the video is literally call "50 most ICONIC restaurants in every state", not oldest. It's not that iconic.
@jakeyphillips6755 Got it! Sometimes the title can be misleading. Thanks for clarifying!
Cafe DuPont in Birmingham is wayyyyy better
