To be precise, it was 264 hours (11 days). Adele released her song on October 15, 2021 and Angelina on October 26, 2021. On TikTok, however, Angelina posted a short video with the song just a few hours after Adele's release. 🤗🤗
I agree every cover she does is always better. than the original.
She kills Adele covers like no one else.
Adele is one of the best but nobody can emit the emotion and soul of a song like Angelina.
I think she reads the lyrics first before listening to the song.
In this way she can understand the feeling and emotion the artist wants to convey.
Then she arranges it to be able to dramatically convey the feeling and emotion to us.
She takes iconic songs and makes them Angelina songs.
Her vocals, tones and smokiness do the rest.
She is already The Greatest of All Time! Just amazing!!
Because she was mentored musically, from a very early age by Billie Holiday, and had the vocal ability
to truly emulate Billie's singing, Angelina quickly became a seasoned jazz specialist like Billie. Therefore,
when she performs heartfelt ballads by A-List 'Pop' artists like Adele, the result is always more emotion

Angelina can cover Adele as no one else. She has been my nr.1 artist since I rediscovered her in 2018. I play some of her music every day. I does'nt matter which songs, they are good or great every one of them.

In this performance I feel that she thoroughly parked Adele in the garage basement, before taking the elevator up to the top floor. That's basically how I feel with each of her 13 Adele covers 😂, absolutely no disrespect to Adele, because she is a marvelous singer. But in my opinion she has met her match in Angelina. Angelina has many special talents, but one that moves me most is her ability to express melancholy. She has been able to do this even as a very young child. One of my favorite Angelina songs is another Adele cover. At 12, Angelina’s acoustic cover of A Million Years Ago is just extraordinary.
Her voice is stunning, but her interpretation of these melancholy lyrics takes this cover beyond the original by Adele. It’s an informal performance with just her guitar accompanist, but it made me realize that Angelina, at 12, was the best singer I’d ever heard. Shes a anomaly, so many micro movements and adornments that the song reveals a new impact each time listened. Ive been listening everyday for five yearsvand Nothing is diminished. I put a spell on you, will be gobsmacking people as long as newbies continue to diecover her. I see it everyday. Ive watched it at least six hundred times the past few years and it still stands in amazement. Its unreal. Her voice makes life better. But there's another wonderful warm voice out there. Tori Holub, who sounds like Karen Carpenter, Anne Murray, Olivia Newton John all rolled up and recorded on modern tech. Check her out. More standard delivery but solid and nearly as enjoyable. 😊

Both Angelina Jordan and Adele are under the Republic Records / Universal Music umbrella, 12 hours after Adele released "Easy On Me," this video was dropped on the internet by AJ, and Adele has seen it. Adele wrote the song with its producer, Greg Kurstin, and it is about a broken marriage and a mother trying to explain to her son why it is happening. You have to ask yourself how a 15-year-old Angelina Jordan could do this song justice and give it the emotion it deserves? Here again, AJ takes on the impossible and makes it a classic as she always does. As usual, grandma Mery is close, and even appears in this video with AJ. Mery has been a major powerhouse behind AJ, and they would be lost without each other. One genius helping create another. Every time this girl opens her mouth and those ethereal sounds come rolling out, I lose my breath, and the tears appear. There is no one else on earth that moves me like AJ, and at 76 I have experienced the best the industry has to offer. ©
That lady’s and gentlemen is pure class! Having fun in studio before the shoot and of course Grandma Mery Angelina’s inspiration is right there! Adele is great. However, Angelina uncovers another song with her magical touch, it just sounds better with her vocals and she nails it! She just reaches into your heart and melts it! Her smile is a killer! She displays so much empathy and humility a true role model! She keeps getting better and better! I would recommend looking at her recent Las Vegas, Nevada, concert and specifically her unreleased new song: Princess of Ruins, she tells the story of why she sings barefoot on stage! The are taken from her book which she authored at nine years old, titled Between Two Hearts! 🇳🇴🇺🇸

I heard a couple years ago people said she was an angel sent down here to help us through the covid pandemic. I thought thats a wacky rumor. Now Im thinking that makes sense cuz she has helped so many people Its mind blowing. Im a fan for life. I have never missed a day yet listening to angelina since I discovered her in 2020. shes like a boost of natural caffeine.
This performance by Angelina is one of my favorites of many. She tackled a very difficult Adele song, and Adele is quite difficult to replicate. At only 15 years old, she captured the essence of Adele, but more importantly, infused even more emotion into the performance than I hear from Adele. Adele seems to be a little more technical in her singing whereas Angelina is more stylistic. This is a masterpiece performance and it's hard to see how anyone could not appreciate it. She put out a short documentary ANGELINA JORDAN 10 YEARS IN THE MAKING . it includes the clip of her singing with a mike as an 18 month old baby and Vegas footage. This was her first sell out Vegas concerts at just turned 18. Arranged at short notice , it is testament to the love of her international fans called Angels.

In her early teens she has the emotions of a young teen girl and I wondered if she would lose that naturellness as she matured. She is still as much emotion as song. Lots of people sing well but few deliver the emotion that just grabs you and sucks you into the story/experience. She has been my favorite singer since she won Norway's Got Talent and she started appearing on RUclips.

Thank you for your pleasant reaction! I agree it's hard to put words on Angelina's singing. It would be interesting to see your reaction to a much earlier performance. It's one of Angelina's most touching performances sang at the age of eight at a charity concert in Stockholm. A Swedish newspaper wrote, "The 8-year RUclips phenomenon made celebrity Sweden cry." Several of Sweden's most famous singers were in the audience, as they also performed at this concert.
You should know that her doctor advised her not to sing here as she had caught a cold from a previous barefoot outdoor performance. But she wanted to take advantage of the unique opportunity to pay tribute to Swedish heroes who had made a difference in accidents and even saved lives. There is no doubt that Angelina Jordan is both a prodigy and genius, however I disagree with the popular sentiment that this cover is better than the original. As is often the case the original author of a piece provides us with a unique, irreplicable performance
