It seems that she’s been put in place to act as an aggravator to move your business on. It’s a shame that the landowner couldn’t be straight up and honest to tell you that that they have different plans for the land. Hopefully the next place you find is even better. Thank you to all of Calvin's fans for the unbelievable amount of support, this video gives you an idea of the pressure Binca & Calvin has had to go through. Calvin is everything you see in his videos, a reasonable, respectful & all round good person. No one deserves to get forced to leave and close down their extremely busy business, especially when we have spent loads of money & time making the Galley Lane Farm work environment as best as possible for everyone. Unfortunately not everyone is as humble as Calvin is, Angel is malicious, full of pure anger & would do anything to make people have a bad day. These are people you need to avoid in life. The Binca journey definitely has not stopped, it has just begun.

But you have to pay personal income tax on that income.
You only pay income tax on salary, not dividends. That's what dividend tax is for

Having myself worked for a firm for over 17 years and being forced out 18 months later I work for myself have far less stress much better earnings and also lost an awful lot of weight. Change is good and the push was much appreciated 👊

Sadly when people like that are taken onboard to manage, it is likely that they want to close a business down without the main owner/landlord showing any input directly, felt like this is prime of example of all my past employers closing their doors (dealerships) with people like Angel in charge. You have good presence and I am sure you will find a place/site where you will be appreciated for the content and business experience you deliver.
Mate I can totally relate. I always go out of my way to be polite, friendly and affable. I deal with loads of people daily and some are just obnoxious and miserable no matter how hard you try. It’s hard work as truthfully i’m not in a good place with having a severely ill family member and just been through a painful divorce myself and lost everything but I won’t let that turn me into an arsehole. I wish you the very best of luck in the new place. You will bounce back ever the stronger.

One acre is a bit small for you and hardly any bigger than your existing one. Finding a yard is very difficult but the best bet is to find an existing builder’s merchant’s yard, which will be big, have offices and a security fence. As such a merchant moves out then you buy it and move in. Forget the ‘planning’ because you will probably cause less traffic than the merchant and it will not be such a substantial change of use, so shouldn’t be a problem. Left it very late though.

I feel your pain mate. Took us 18 months to find a small unit to accept the motor trade. Alot of property owners would rather leave the units empty than accept motor trade.

Seriously, I wish you all the best for the future! One option would be to find a much larger site that a tenant is under utilising and suggest a shared lease ie. split the site.

Why not look at a smaller yard that can house a certain percentage of stock & be made far more appealing outwardly to the public/customer. Then have a lock-up for the remainder of your stock.

I’m a strong believer that out of every negative a positive will emerge. Seen it happen to my son. Told him wait and see, even though he was pretty much down and out,,,,and a fantastic opportunity arises which otherwise would not have been there. His life has changed immeasurably

For the life of me I can't think why any land or property owner would be upset with a tenant reporting a break in to the police. Would they rather people were able to rob them?
