Brilliant mate! Yes you can paint that floor, you can buy floor paint which just goes on with a brush. I did my unit with it an it’s still holding up 3 years on. Get plenty of brushes though 😂

You could use the units as secure storage for the higher value cars, branch out & start bring in some premium cars like R8s, Ferarris, S classes, more M cars, Lambos and such. Maybe can pick up a few N-cars or part ex cars from the Hyundai place (cars they don't want etc on trade in).

Re painting the floor do a test first some floor paints take ages to dry and also leave a smell 4. You said there is a canal close plenty of mosquitos stock up on after bite :) 5. What about a site caravan night watchman ! In all well done mate .

If you're thinking of dropping the ceiling in that main unit, you could create a mazanine above the reception, or a gallery around the inside. You could use it as a viewing gallery, and maybe lay out some customer seating, coffee machine, TV, Games console for customers to use while they wait. Then that will free up the rest of the ground floor for a showroom and workshop areas. Also, it might be worth considering a hydraulic lift so you can do maintenance, repairs etc. You could use those secondary units to store prestige cars, that aren't as quick to shift. Loads of possibilities there fella. Well done, and best of luck.👍

Well done Calvin on the new Base - even before you mentioned it, when I saw the concrete base in the “Warehouse”, I said to myself “light grey Epoxy transforms that space“ - sand back to key, base coat, top coat, but ABSOLUTELY MUST sandwich Sharp Sand inbetween, which will eliminate tyre squeal from the epoxy finish ! Good luck in setting up - get introduced to the ”Locals“ and become part of that Family Keep ‘em comin! JCHK

Congrats Calvin well deserved. The concrete floor can be painted with epoxy. I’d suggest going with a darker shade of grey as light shades tend to go yellow where the sun hits it over time 🤙🏼

Use a resin floor paint, it costs more money but it will withstand being driven on. It’s very hard wearing and you’ll only have to do it once. 👍🏼

Yes you can paint the floors, lots of no slip masonry paints out there that will give you a great look / finish.

At my workplace we use a floor-paint we’re we add resin into as a hardening agent, would be great for the floor in your sales area workshop

Yes you can paint the floor but i reccomend epoxy paint the floor, easy maintenance and easy cleaning
