Muhammad is superbly articulate. The young businessmen & businesswomen of UAE know what they are talking about.
Great city. So amazingly clean. The bathrooms everywhere are spotless. Where as in London. I held it for 5 hours
Just 5 hrs ?
Miami and other Megacities in United States are declining and collapsed against Dubai.

True, the west is losing the cream quickly and will be left with the dregs. UAE is attractive however the weather and air quality should be considered. The policy is questionable since its not a democratic system. Quality of built can be a polarity with complaints not been addressed, no consumer protection, builders usually outsource work to sub level contractors. On top of all the asking price as your man said is total BS, the final prices before handover will be another 25%. So is it worth for a individual/family to purchase property for 90 years? as per the law and not be able to hand it over to the next generation or repurchase. Or is it worth paying that tax% and live in a developed, democratic country with real nature.
real estate has been losing value against Bitcoin for the last decade. It will continue to lose value against it for the foreseeable future, ive recently sold a few of my properties in Dubai to buy more BTC.
Good luck
