NAAN BREAD RECIPE

  • In this episode I make, probably the most famous Indian bread, naan. But what makes it so special? I guess the reason is that it is both crispy and moist at the same time. Traditionally naan is cooked in a tandoor, so to imitate the tandoor effect at home we need to use a steel or iron pan with a thick bottom. Nothing really complicated, just watch the video for the tips. Enjoy!
    Ingredients:
    • ~350 gr. all purpose flour
    • 1 cup of plain yoghurt
    • ¼ cup of milk
    • 1 dessert spoon of salt
    • 1 dessert spoon of sugar
    • 1 cafe spoon of baking soda
    • 2 Tablespoons of olive oil
