What is a guards first priority???
At our facility the beginning and end of rounds are announced over the PA System. That way other staff are not to call that unit at those times.

I don't know I'm still not convinced that most of you guys were not correction officers y'all just know about the hardware. In Pittsburg county jail we had that 15 years ago.
