I met a lot of realtors when I lived in Ft.Lauderdale, I'm pretty sure after they see this they will NOT have anything to do with this property or company.
Charging this realtor a $49 fee to get his commission citing protocol. Then after many calls, plus Howard's emails to Willow Bridge and to property management with no responses, they land up giving him his money without protocol! I think the fee was to cover the bogus background check and credit check. If it ever happened. Or they'd just pocket the fee to help pay for a company lunch delivery. What's up with Florida lately?
All the freaking liberal Democrat garbage has been moving there from New York and California or any other blue state. PS Dallas and Houston are liberal hot beds. If the company is based in one of those oh yeah.
It makes sense because they're paying the Realtor! He's now an employee and is treated as all other employees. In many cases your employer should pay the credit check fee, but it's up to your employer.
and they're going to do this to the next person. these stories don't change the way people are or act indefinitely, they just act different for the camera, until the camera is turned off.
I'm going to start a shady business where I pull crap like this..why? Because you'll never make it in today's world if you don't sell out your intrgrity for a quick buck and compromise your morals.. imagine how many others this same situation had happened to before this guy? No consequences when you have all the power.. no one will remember this story a week from now and the world keeps turning while the suckers keep burning.
millions of americans across america pay conduent fees because the company manages funds in state retirement, child support, and hundreds of other government program accounts. I personally have had numerous issues with trying to gain access to child support funds from conduent. They are awful. We also pay fees to conduent for the cards they force our funds are. And we pay money to the entities/programs that these funds are tied to. In order to better fund conduent. Conduent makes millions from administrating funds. BADLY.
Does joe have a signed contract?! What does the contract say?! Is that fee mentioned in the contract? If not, sue, and add damages because tortious interference with business. Final sum to be 500.000 dollars plus attorney fees. That will teach that "management company" Also, the first money goes to you, the middleman, and then the owner gets the rest
I made a money order in the wrong amount with western Union. I went through the process of getting a refund. They sent a check that had incorrect numbers. Called and got a replacement The replacement check still had errors Out of frustration I ripped the check. $57 is not worth fighting about but dont do business with Western Union

What a scam
Sounds like the tinkerbell "higher up" never consulted their general counsel. What a genius!
Mgr was making money for themselves .. how many people are charged for the imaginary fee ?
It’s called fraud. It happens every day.

They may even steer their clients and prospects away from this property management company with "buyer / renter beware" caution.
Some class action lawyer should be thinking about this company and its practices.
you can bypass an attorney and drag them into small claims court.
I'd be questioning what other scams that property is trying to get away with

A tax, on top of a tax, on top of a tax isnt right either but here we are....🤷♂️
The Florida DA should look into prosecuting the management company for fraud.
It's called a kickback.
Good grief! Can't anyone make a video without splatting 'music' over the narration?
The company didn't want to do the right thing, so instead they've likely lost thousands in future business after the bad publicity.

This smells of 419 Nigerian Advance Fee Fraud.
Here something
If they can charge a fee for a commission
Shouldn’t renters be able to charge them a fee for their rent 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

How about this.
Attorneys wants to be paid a none refundable fee to either review or take a unpaid wages case or cases.
Attorneys do free consultation, and if they don't, they're scamming you. Most lawyers don't get paid unless they win.
@@josephmatthews1041that’s not true at all.
Pay attention buyers and renters everyone is scamming. Do your research.
Pay the $49 collect the $500. Then come back to the complex and take out $49 worth of copper pipes.
then pay $50,000 bond to get out of jail. yeah.
that explains why your family reunions have glass partitions.

Capitalism at its finest. 😅
How is this in any way related to capitalism? Answer: it isn't.
@@cymeriandesigns umm ... You may want to look up what capitalism is.
Capitalism is nothing like this. One sees this in dictatorships and other socialist settings.
