    Oh, God bless you and the new Blender!
    I've been searching for a satisfying way to make a realistic shape for a necklace and animate it for months and I think that's the right answer!
    Thank you, dude!

    Hi Steven, very useful. In the last month when I searched some complex tips in Blender I found your videos. So thank you very much. There is another way to switch the direction of the armature, in edit mode armature > switch direction (ALT+F).
    At least I let you know that as a Non-native English speaker I found your accent very funny :P I don't know why but sometimes I feel you sound like Peaky Blinders series. I hope I didn't write anything offensive.

      dont think so mate, think it determined by the subdivision count

    What will you do with 32 bones like that ?

    • @StevenScott_studio53

      cables, bridges,snakes...

      @SoftYoda 4 года назад

      @@StevenScott_studio53 câble ? How do you animate that ? Sbake, there is not already special bone for octopus that subdivide bone and keep it one single bone ? Because good luck animate each frame 32 bones...

      Really long earthworm? Snake, rope, tentacle?
      How about building a rope with this many bones, pose it to fit a figure, then extract the geometry to create a 'tied up' prop.
      Or use it for a snake-charmer animation.
