I've been doing this for the last year, more for developing creative tools. You explain the problem, GPT provides the code, you pipe that into Visual Studio Code, save the script, compile / build. Granted there's a lot of trial and error back and forth, but it gets there. I've built several apps with zero knowledge of the code involved. If you can copy and paste, and you have a problem to solve, then you have all you need! :) I have a video on my channel showing in real time how i built a creative tool from start to finish in 45 minutes using GPT; ruclips.net/video/vwP9gLkRwII/видео.html
@@1StopToyShop yup, exactly! It's important to give GPT context of who you are. Don't be afraid to say; "im absolutely clueless, I have no idea how to code, now spoon feed me the instructions like i'm a child! :) To expand on this video as an example you would begin by planning, example; begin with the outline, say; "i'm building a app for iphone, (give GPT a detailed outline of the app goals), give me a break down of what i need to accomplish this goal, specifically the technical process, how do I build the app, how do I deploy the app, provide this to me in a list of logical steps that I can follow progressively to build the basic skeleton app for testing. The important step at this stage is simply to brain storm the idea with GPT and get an outline of all the technologies that will be used, how it's deployed and so forth. Write everything down, trust me GPT has a short memory, so its good to have a notepad document open in the background. Then once you have an outline ask GPT; how would a professional developer set up the scripts structure in a modular way that avoids dependency? how do i create those scripts? show me a script / file structure, provide me with the scripts using placeholder code for now. (download and use Visual Studio Code - ask GPT how to do that!) copy and paste in to VSC editor and save. Then begins the process of going back and forth with GPT to flesh out each of the scripts. Get to a point where you have the most basic skeleton app that can be tested. Also ask GPT how to test it. Once its working, then slowly begin to go through and build each feature one at a time. To be honest this is a lot of back and forth, GPT gives you code, sometimes it works, sometimes it does not, you see errors, copy paste the errors to GPT, GPT revises the code and you test again .. back and forth :) Eventually it does get there. Speak to GPT like a human collaborator, which feels odd, but trust me it seems to be provide better results. Good luck! :)

Good luck! :)
